4 Cozy home w / 6-person beach Cockaigne

It is a set of 5 cabins, all individual, being: living room and kitchen, bathroom, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bunk room, accommodating 4 people well and living in a bed-box (sleeper) that accommodates well 2 people (all with ceiling fans), garage and service area. The chalets are facing the street, leaving at the back a huge lawn, which also serves as part recreational. These properties are located on the beach of Cockaigne, the most beautiful beach Caraguatatuba with complete infrastructure, with three islands, the largest being the island of anteater. Excellent location for boat rides, kayaking, water skiing, snorkeling, hiking, etc.. 24-hour security in the condominium Verdemar where we are located, with exclusive beach access of Cockaigne

At around the chalets you will be able to enjoy nature with a great variety of birds, in the condominium have drinking water sources, is a very calm place with 24h security, the beach is the best of Cockaigne Caraguatatuba, we have a unique output condominium where you leave your feet in the sand without having to cross the track. The distance of 1km find everything you need, far-pharmacy, bakery, grocery, ice cream parlors, pizza shops and great restaurants, we are ten kilometers from the center and halfway between Ubatuba and Ilha Bela, the nearby beach is right Massaguassu great for those who enjoy fishing.
