Javea is the perfect holiday location for all and is situated on the Costa Blanca Coast. This area is declared by the World Health Organisation as having a near perfect environment. Known as the White Coast there are hundreds of beautiful coves with Blue Flag status stretched along her spectacular coastline. Javea is ideal for the family with our famous Arenal sandy beach offering play areas for children, showers and plenty of trendy bars and restaurants. The Port of Javea has numerous good restaurants and bars stretching the promenade which cater for all tastes and budgets. The pebbly beach offers a number of traditional beach bars where you can laze away the day and evening. The Arenal and old town of Javea are around a 5 min drive. We are within easy drive of Benidorm with all the facilities of theme parks, clubs, shopping, beaches and bars. Denia, Calpe, Altea, Jalon Valley & Guadalest are also close by with Ibiza a ferry trip away. Javea is a fantastic holiday destination.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A deposit of 25% is required in order to reserve and book the apartment and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The remaining balance will be required 10 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. A security deposit of 300 pounds will be required with this final balance which will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property on completion of the rental period. A Travel Cot can be hired for 20 pounds per week and a high chair for 15 pounds per week. Cot linen to be provided by yourselves. For bookings of more than one week a linen and towel change can be provided for 60.00 pounds per change, advance notice will be required. Linen and towels provided. Beach towels to be provided by yourselves.
  • Although changeover dates are flexible most of the year, from mid July through to early September we can only offer Saturday changes with a minimum booking of 7 nights. The apartment is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure in order for inspection, cleaning and linen change to take place. Please note that there is an out of hours charge for arrivals after 7pm onwards.

Notes: Although this is classed as a non smoking villa, smokers are welcome to use the outdoor garden and naya for smoking. The villa has been furnished to an outstanding quality both interior and exterior with a fully equipped kitchen. There is a fantastic large naya overlooking the gardens and pool where you can comfortably enjoy al fresco dining & relaxation. In the landscaped gardens there is a south facing private 10 x 5 swimming pool and gas BBQ. It is fully installed with hot & cold air con. More photographs of the villa can be provided if required. Javea & General Area: The Town of Javea has a reputation for being a wonderful, relaxing family holiday resort. It offers 3 unique areas - the Arenal sandy beach, bustling fishing port and historical town full of Spanish culture. All 3 areas offer a wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars. This part of coastal Spain has not been over developed and you will find no unsightly high-rise buildings. The countryside is surrounded by an abundance of orange and lemon groves, mountains and valleys. Many of the beaches and coves have blue flag status. Local leisure facilities include tennis, golf, water sports and horse riding. In particular by car, Javea Golf Club is five minutes, La Sella Golf 15 minutes, Moraira Golf 25 minutes and Oliva Nova Golf 45 minutes. On a daily basis there are weekly markets in many of the villages and towns offering a variety of stalls from fresh fruit/veg, olives, cheeses, meats, clothes, shoes, sunglasses, handbags, jewellery etc. Skillful bartering recommended!

This villa to date, is the best we have ever stayed in. Each room is furnished beautifully and has been very well maintained, exactly as the photo's show. The villa was immaculately clean upon our arrival, not a single thing out of place and not a sign of previous holiday makers. Lynn the agent was there to greet us and we found her really lovely, extremely helpful and imformative, on hand all of the time if you should need her help. The area is very peaceful and secure we had no worries what so ever while we were there. A short drive away from a beautiful promenade and beach, again immaculately clean. Lovely shops and restaurants around this area, plenty of supermarkets nearby too. This villa is pet-friendly which is a huge plus for us too, totally secure no way to escape. We bought a paddling pool to keep the dog out of the villa's pool and it worked perfect. We will definitely return and highly recommend this villa. It is simply 100% perfect. I cannot find a fault and it only rained one day out of 14.
