Situated on the first floor above street level with no lift, 50 meters from the sea, the apartment has everything for the perfect family or friendly holiday. You will have every home comfort at your disposal. You will be just 50 meters from the most beautiful beach in Nice, in the heart of the very picturesque old town (listed and protected area), 5 minutes to the central bus station and central shopping zone, 15 minutes to the central railway station, 10 minutes from Nice international airport by bus. This is the ideal location for people who want to get about without a car.

The COURS SALEYA with its famous flower / fruit and vegetable daily market, (Antics market on Mondays), and its cafes and restaurants is just down the street: it will make your daily life here very easy ! On your doorstep you will also find the Baie des Anges (Bay of Angels), with a shingle beach and transparent waters, directly opposite. The Promenade des Anglais - Nice's famous seafront esplanade, 6km long - is a fantastic place for a stroll. You can also hire a bicycle or Rollerblade up and down. Nearby there are also some excellent speciality shops, art galleries, designers and museums (Musee Matisse, Musee des Beaux Arts, Musee d'Art Moderne et Contemporain).

Additional information about rental rates

  • 30% deposit to book, full payment is due not later than 5 weeks before arrival. A security deposit is required (1000 EUROS by cheque), which will be returned at the end of stay. Linen are provided free of charge including bath towels (Please kindly bring your own beach towels). No hidden extras. We expect you to clean the apartment carefully before departure but will charge a small fee for final cleaning. Changeover day is Saturday.
  • LOW SEASON : (SEPTEMBER TO JUNE)
    The apartment is available for long stays at LESS than 2000 EUROS per month - Minimum rental period 1 month.

    HIGH SEASON : JULY + AUGUST : Minimum rental period 2 weeks.
  • With a warm welcome and our local knowledge of the area we will do our utmost to make you enjoy your stay in Nice. Check-in and check-out are flexible when practicable. On arrival we will go through an inventory of the property, take receipt of the security deposit, familiarize you with appliances and hand over keys.

More about the apartment: Very sunny, the apartment is tiled with “tomettes” from the XVIII (typical tiles hand-made in Salernes, Provence). With 5 large windows overlooking the Cours Saleya, it is full of charm. Thick walls, and windows with louvre shutters, keep it cool during the summer. A small TV set is also available to watch DVD or video tapes. INTERNET BROADBAND ACCESS. The apartment is on the first floor with no lift.

We had a great time and throughly enjoyed our stay in Nice!
This appartment is very nice and comfortable for 8 persons on an ideal and exellent location; restaurant, bars, sea, market, shoppingmall, airport, city, bus, you named it ..!!!

Excellent apartment in the heart of old Nice

This apartment located on famous market place in old town of Nice. Daytime you will find fresh fruits, flowers etc just outside of house, night time there is restaurants where you can eat or drink. Beach is only few steps from the apartment. The apartment was cosy and clean,
location in back yard guarteed quiet accommondation.
There was everthing what you need in your holiday
with or without children.

Huoneisto sijaitsee aivan Nizzan vanhan kaupungin sydämessä, ainostaan 50 m rannalta.
Huoneisto on rauhallisella sisäpihalla Cours Saleya
torin laidalla. Torilta saat aamuisin tuoreet hedelmät
sekä leivät ja iltaisin torin valtaa ravintoloiden terassit joista saat hyvää ruokaa ja juomaa.
Huoneisto on tilava ja mukava sekä siisti. Sopii erinomaisesti lapsiperheille.
Sijainti sisäpihalla takaa myös että saat nukkua yösi rauhallisesti, eikä torin yöelämän äänet häiritse.

A short stroll through the old town and you find yourself in the centre of Nice with its grand shops museums and art galleries, we visited the Matisse museum and the Museum of Modern Art both of which we recommend a look at. The apartment is well equipped so if you wish to cook with the market on the doorstep selling the most amazing fresh and even organic produce you can do so (we did on a few occasions as with there being so many of us eating out every day would have been too expensive). With three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a good sized dining sitting room we had plenty of space for all of us to relax after the days activities. I would love to stay in this apartment again and would recommend it to our friends. Thanks for a fantastic holiday !
