to the rear of the sitting room, are one twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, plus two bedrooms with double beds sharing a very dapper full bathroom, with WC and wash hand basin in a marble surround. At ground floor level, via a corridor from the kitchen, is a small single bedroom with its own door to the entrance terrace and an adjoining bathroom with hip-bath, WC and wash hand basin, as well as a washing machine. The owners have been asked if they could provide a small wardrobe for this bedroom, but nevertheless it should be perfectly suitable for a teenager or anyone prepared to leave clothes in their suitcase or on the floor!
