This luxury townhome has an excellent location, contemporary style, and great layout.

CONVENIENT LOCATION, less than a mile to downtown or the base of Deer Valley, and right on the free bus route. Our townhome is particularly quiet and peaceful because it backs up to a wooded mountainside of protected open-space. There is no looking out at a bunch of other condos, just a view of evergreens and aspens!

THREE BEDROOMS, each set apart from one another, offering privacy for multiple couples or families. Each bedroom has a king bed with a “W Hotel” mattress and has its own bathroom. The master has a spacious bathroom with heated floors, a jetted tub looking out onto beautiful views, and a large, glassed-walled shower. The walk-in closet is big enough for a pack-n-play, which is included. Both of the other bedrooms also have twin-sized daybeds with popup trundles that can be converted into king beds!

OPEN LAYOUT is great for families or getaways with a group of friends. The living room has vaulted ceilings, large windows, and a remote-control operated gas fireplace. It opens into the kitchen and dining room. There is room for 8 at the dining room table, and another 4 can sit at high-top stools at the adjacent bar.

BEAUTIFUL KITCHEN with granite countertops and high-end appliances. It is stocked for people who like to cook, with plenty of serving dishes, place settings, and wine glasses. Both a Keurig and drip coffee machine are provided, as are K-cups, sweetener, and to-go cups. Common staples are also provided.

FANTASTIC OUTDOOR SPACE is right outside the great room. Step through the sliding-glass door onto a beautiful, tranquil deck. There is a PRIVATE 6-person hot tub and a propane grill for you to use.

OTHER AMENITIES include a commercial-quality boot warmer & ski/board racks, a wine cooler, high-speed wireless internet, large-screen HDTVs, cable, TiVo, Blu-Ray DVD, Chromecast, and Wii U game console.

PRIVATE FOUR-CAR GARAGE is great for multiple families.

Our family loves to spend time together, entertaining friends, and playing in Utah's great outdoors. This Park City townhome is perfect for such gatherings and fun activities, and we are happy to share it with you. When you rent our townhome, we will treat you as a guest and do everything we can to make your stay perfect.

We live in Salt Lake and can thus respond quickly if you need to call us directly. We also have a 24-hour manager on call, so you can rest assured that if something goes wrong, we will make it right as soon as possible!

Why Hank Baskin chose Mountain Ranch

The location of Stonebridge is perfect: We felt that a ski-in, ski-out place would be great, but far too isolating. We wanted to be able to walk to downtown Park City, but love that we can take one of the frequent and free city-wide buses from right outside our complex. Our favorite ski resort is Deer Valley, and being on the east side of Park City means that we have a VERY short, 2-minute bus ride to Snow Park Lodge... no sitting through Park City traffic on powder days!

What makes this townhome unique

We fell in love with our townhome specifically because it sits back from the road and right up against a forested mountainside. The secluded woods right outside our window and back deck are part of a protected open space and really give the sense that you are luxuriating among the aspens and evergreens. The unit is super quiet, warm, and cheerful. We love entertaining and sharing our space with friends and family, and here we have the perfect blend of privacy and openness.

Great House in Deer Valley

We stayed at The Mellow Moose for a week in December and had a great time. We were 4 adults and 4 children and the house was a perfect fit. The three bedrooms are large, with a king sized bed in each room. Plus two of the rooms had a twin daybed with trundle. Lots of space and lots of beds. There were plenty of towels and the bedding was nice (down comforters, soft pillows), with lots of extra sheets, pillows and blankets for the additional beds. The house is modern, so if you're looking for a mountain, cabin-feel, this is not the place. We however loved it as is. The owner has set up the house beautifully, with every technological necessity (speaker to plug your phone into, Wii U, flat screen TVs, excellent WiFi, etc.); a stocked kitchen with spices, pots and pans, chefs knives, lots of plates and glasses, etc; a heated pathway to the jacuzzi; updated appliances. And everything is laid out and explained in a very thorough book created by the owner. There is plenty of garage space for cars and/or storage. Plus a commercial-grade boot warmer, which was greatly needed. This brings me to my only complaint. If you are planning to ski, getting ski boots on and off is not the easiest on super cold days (and we had temps around -10-degrees F a couple of days). The foyer or "mudroom" is very cramped with only the stairs to sit on, and also no where to store ski boots except the garage. So, just a little difficult, but we made it work. Other than that, which is minor, the house was great. The location fabulous, easy to get to Deer Valley, Main Street or even PCMR or The Canyons. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Thank you so much for the use of your beautiful home in Deer Valley. We have stayed in MANY properties over the years and The Mellow Moose is at the top of our list! The home is decorated beautifully and was perfect for my family. We were with our two college-age children and we actually had to flip a coin to decide on their rooms because they liked each of them equally and couldn't decide!! Your attention to detail to ensure that we had a perfect stay was greatly appreciated! (Too bad you couldn't control the weather!) We look forward to coming back!!!

Luxurious Dear Valley Townhome

We visited Park City for an early fall get away and had a wonderful time! The hiking and running were amazing- as the trees were just beginning to turn. We met the friendliest bikers and fellow hikers along the trails. The best part was returning to the sumptuous amenities at the Mellow Moose. The home has three spacious bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen and a stone fireplace in an open floor plan that could easily accommodate extended friends or family. The deck with grill and huge hot tub was a welcome respite after a long day of hiking (or skiing). The owner was wonderful to work with and we felt so welcome. We can't wait to come back to beautiful Utah with our college-age daughters, we would love to try a ski vacation next!

Beautiful Condo; Excellent location

We booked a three day stay for a mountain biking trip. The condos location in perfect with easy access to Park City trails. It is also close to the free bus stop, so getting to Old Town PC is a three minutes.

The condo is beautifully appointed, very roomy and comfortable. Nice touches included a very well equipped kitchen and a Keurig coffee maker with a variety of coffees. We even saw a moose and yearling from the back window.

The condo is highly recommended

Great Trip!!!

What a beautiful property. This place was beautiful, clean , well maintained and the owner was great to work with. The location was ideal for an outdoor mountain biking holiday. Easy access to the extensive Park City trail system. We were able to get everything we needed for our trip and only drove the car once. I can't wait to book here again for a ski vacation.
