Our beautiful, four-bedroom, fully air conditioned vacation home is furnished for comfort and enjoyment and comes fully-equipped with everything you need for the perfect holiday.
All the furnishings have been individually chosen to make it a relaxing home to enjoy a fantastic Florida vacation.
The living room has a 50' Flat Screen tv, perfect for relaxing after busy days out. There is free Wifi and a IPod dock, all provided to add to your comfort.
Both Master Suites have flat screen tv's and en suites facilities.
There are 2 Twin Rooms which share the family bathroom.
The large pool deck area has a table and chairs for al fresco dining and has plenty of relaxing pool furniture. It is surprising how big the pool deck is, it's perfect for lazing in the sun or dining in the shade of the lanai.
Our home sleeps up to 8 people. The spacious master bedroom, with en-suite, has a queen size bed, large walk-in closet, flat screen cable TV, radio alarm clock and hairdryer. It is a chic room, styled in gold and black, overlooking the pool and lanai, what a lovely view to awake to.
The fabulous en-suite bathroom has his and hers inset hand basins, large walk in shower and corner bath, perfect for a pampering soak in the tub..
The second master bedroom also has flat screen cable tv, en suite facilities with queen size bed and large closet with plenty of hanging space.
There are 2 further twin bedded rooms with large closets, styed so that they are ideal for adults or children.
Highgate Park is the only Gated Community on the Villages of Legacy Located in a peaceful area set amongst beautiful rolling countryside with an abundance of pine trees and orange groves adding to the natural beauty of the area. It is ideally situated on the US Highway 27, just minutes south of the US Highway 192 and only a short drive from shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and golf courses and 8 miles to Disney World.
Within a 5 minute drive you will find a Publix, a Walmart and there are also many restaurants within a short drive, including Applebees, Santa Fe Steakhouse, Bamboo Wok and many other cafe's and bars.
The renowned Manny's Chophouse which is absolutely unmissable, is around a 20 minute drive.
Our home is all on one level making it ideal for toddlers or elderly people.
All external doors have an alarm which 'Beeps' when the door is opened. The pool has a fully retractable safety screen.The games room has a fantastic 8 foot pool table, a air hockey table, dart board and tennis racquets & balls for use on the on site tennis courts.

The fantastic Games Room has 8 foot Pool Table, 7 foot Air Hockey table, Darts Board, Tennis and Badminton rackets for use on the on site Tennis court.
There is also free use of the on-site leisure facilities including tennis courts and children’s play area.
