Best ever family holiday

We booked 'Arkvilla' back in April 2009, this was following a long drawn out trawl of a number of websites. We kept going back to view 'Arkvilla' as there was something very appealing about this place. We are so glad we did as this has been the best family holiday ever.
It was out first visit to Florida but we had fantastic customer service from the owner Sandra, always available giving great advice regarding flights, best car hire, information on local amenities and places to eat etc. We also had regular email and telephone contact, this was very reassuring.
When we arrived at 'Arkvilla' there was a bottle of wine and card there for us. A great welcome and a nice touch thank you. This was just what we needed after a long flight.
The morning after our arrival Sandra rang to check everything was ok. Again this was more than what we expected.
The accommodation is absolutely splendid, spotlessly clean, spacious, tastefully decorated in a beautiful location.
Most of all it is a very safe quiet community, so important these days.
'Arkvilla' is in an ideal location for travelling to the Disney and other theme parks. The local supermarket Publix is a few minutes drive away, Applebees restaurant is also good value and friendly service, recommend that you pop in to 'Linksters' bar, all of the bar staff are very friendly, particularly Anthony, it's a bit like 'Cheers'.
'Arkvilla' is great for adults and kids, our teenage children made good use of the pool and games room. So did the adults, there are also tennis courts a short walk away, intended to play but never made it as the days were so busy.
Following a tiring day at the theme parks it was a real pleasure to come back to 'Arkvilla' and chill out by the pool with a glass of wine.
My advice to anyone considering booking 'Arkvilla' do it now as tomorrow someone may beat you to it.
I promise you this, you will not be disappointed and like us you will want to return at the earliest opportunity.

We try really hard to make sure everyone who stays in our Florida home has a wonderful experience.
It's so important that things go well. These days, everyone works very hard to be able to take such a big holiday and we want people to come home and feel like they have had a truly great holiday.
To this end I do all I can to help with the plannning etc.
