About W Mark Landers
We live in Winston-Salem and visit Beech Mountain every chance we get!
W Mark Landers purchased this house in 2004
Why W Mark Landers chose Beech Mountain
We love the cooler weather in the mountains, and since it's only 2 hours from home, we can visit often. Beech Mountain has so many things to do, nobody ever gets bored!
What makes this house unique
This small roundhouse lives large with two seperate family areas - the first is on the main level, combination den/dining/kitchen, and the second is a larger den/rec room located downstairs, giving you some 'spreading out' space!
If you like to get outdoors, The Bear Rock Chalet is only a short walk to a great hiking trail (Upper Pond Creek Trail) that follows a stream down the mountain.
Guestbook comments from the owner
This is a roomy and comfortable house. There were 6 adults and 2 young children in our party and we found it quite adequate for 8 people. The house is well-furnished and has lots of extra touches to make it feel "homey". The kitchen has everything you need and more. We highly recommend it!
