Nestling in a large and secluded garden, Alicia is a peaceful and welcoming villa. With both south and west facing garden terraces, it is ideal for relaxing in the sun. The large private pool is heated all year round, and is surrounded by a third sunny terrace. Inside Villa Alicia, the cool grey tiles, high ceilings, and soft green furnishings make it perfect for chilling out. It has three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en-suite. The spacious lounge, dining room and kitchen are open plan and all overlook Alicia's private gardens.

Villa Alicia is in a quiet residential area in the village of Lajares. The supermarket, patisserie, chemist, bars and village restaurants are just a stroll away. Lajares is less than a ten minute drive from the beautiful golden beaches of El Cotillo, and its famous fresh fish restaurants. The busy resort of Corralejo, with miles of beaches and sand dunes, is also a short drive away. It too has a large selection of restaurants and bars, plus many popular attractions.

Villa Alicia is a clean & comfortable house. It is well equipped with spacious accommodation in a very quiet & private situation. It is surrounded by its own garden and provides a well cared-for swimming pool. A good supermarket is within 5 mins. walk but a car is essential for trips to nearby beaches & towns. The drive from & to the airport is easy. Lajares is a typical, small village with a choice of restaurants/bars & there is a chemist. The beautiful & protected beaches of El Cotillo are nearby & the 'hustle & bustle' of Corralejo is only 20 mins. drive away. The owners who live nearby were very friendly & helpful. We would certainly like to return to Villa Alicia
