The apartment is in a typical Parisian residential neighborhood close to the popular rue Mouffetard, a pedestrian street which contains restaurants, food shops, and open-air food stalls. It is close to a supermarket, several patisseries, and specialty fish, meat, and cheese shops.

My fiancee and I met my parents and my cousin in Paris for the week and were recommended to stay here. All I can say is that I’m very glad we took that recommendation because it was lovely and the location was superb for our needs. There are plenty of sights to see close by, as well as some truly fine restaurants. The apartment itself was very nicely appointed, open and airy, with plenty of light during the day. It was the perfect ‘home base’ for our little Paris adventure and, at night, very comfortable and cozy. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.
My family and I, along with my brother, his wife and son stayed here on vacation and we really enjoyed our stay. The place is gorgeous and very luxurious and located in an absolutely wonderful part of Paris. My wife and I stayed in one room, my brother and his wife stayed in another, and our sons shared the 3rd room with bunk beds and we were all very comfortable and slept well the entire stay. Very comfortable furniture and the place really made our trip. The location makes it a fantastic place to enjoy the Latin Quarter. Loved staying here, if we ever come back to Paris we're definitely going to stay again.
I have been fortunate to have work in Paris over the last 5 years and this was my 6th visit to the city. Previous stays were in the 17th or the 18th Arrondissement and this was my first stay in the 5th. I have to confess that the neighborhood and the apartment far exceeded my expectations and I couldn't have been happier. The apartment itself is commodious, comfortable and well appointed in terms of amenities. The neighborhood has a bounty of great shops for groceries, produce, butchers and specialty shops, plus an easy walk to several exceptional restaurants. Close access to two different Metro lines was also appreciated.
I was looking for a vacation rental near Mouffetard since I wanted to enjoy all the restaurants nearby. When I was looking for a rental, one of my friends recommend this apartment for me. I was impressed from the first moment that I stepped in. Everything was just as described on the website and I did not have to face any hassle. It is located in a friendly neighborhood and I did not have to face any issues when getting used with the new environment. All the services are excellent and I highly recommend this apartment to everyone!
