This luxury villa was built in 2000, and features a large master suite with jacuzzi bath and walk-in shower. There is a large heated pool with generously sized enclosed sun deck, with glorious open views out over a lake and the Long Marsh Golf course. The house is at the end of a quiet cul de sac, yet is only minutes from shops, beaches and golf courses. Perfect for a relaxing holiday, either for a couple, or a family of up to six.

Rotonda West is only about 15 minutes drive from Gulf Coast beaches, and has many golf courses and plenty of shopping and places to eat nearby. The large town of Port Charlotte lies about 20 minutes drive away, with a wide choice of shopping.

Full facilities for a couple or a family.: There is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave and dishwasher, and a wide choice of food is available at the several local modern supermarkets. When you want to eat at home you can choose between the dining area inside, or eat outside on the shaded lanai and enjoy the views. There is a gas barbecue, ideal for use with the wide range of fresh meat and sea food obtainable locally. When you feel like eating out, you will find no difficulty in finding something suitable locally whether you want 'haute cuisine' for a celebration or fast food for the family.

The Rotonda has lots of open space, as well as areas protected for the use of wild life, so there is plenty of birds and animal life to see. There is even small alligator in the lake behind our villa. Florida is famous for its golf courses, so golfers will be spoiled for choice locally. For those wanting to go to the beach, there are several within 15 minutes or so drive, and as well as swimming and sun bathing, a wide range of water sports are available. Do also consider hiring a boat - the sheltered waters of the lagoon offer large areas that you can explore safely.
