The principal living area on the main floor was kept open to maximize enjoyment of the views. It is host to a gracious dining area, gourmet kitchen and sunny den. The kitchen is equipped with fanciful extras that include floor pedal controls for the sink. The appliance suite includes an in-counter Wolf steamer, a Wolf double oven range with custom-fabricated copper hood, a 36-inch Sub Zero deep freezer joined by a 36-inch Sub Zero refrigerator, a Sub Zero wine cooler, a Bosch dishwasher and heavy-duty garbage disposal. An on-call fresh air return was installed in the kitchen to meet the high ventilation requirements. The kitchen is further enhanced by a spacious butler's pantry with separate sink, Bosch dishwasher and GE Monogram ice maker. Polished travertine stone floors carry throughout the entire home with exception to the natural wool carpet found in the two second-floor guest bedrooms and master bedroom.
Among the many comfortable rooms found throughout the home is an open second-floor loft that features a daybed with a trundle and sitting area, as well as a king bedroom on the third floor. The Gulf-front master bedroom features a Calcutta marble-clad spa bath with double vanity, private water closet; shower and Ultra tub nestled in a cozy alcove with view of the Gulf and a flat screen TV. The master bedroom closet offers an abundance of hanging and drawer storage, as well as a Calcutta marble make-up vanity. The master bedroom and adjacent office or sitting area with built-in cabinets are positioned to embrace the breathtaking landscape via wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows.
