A FLAT 45 m2, located Neighborhood Fighiera 06190 Roquebrune-Cap-Martin oriented southeast. Located 200 meters above sea level offers a beautiful panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea, Le Cap Martin, Roquebrune Village, the Italian coast. It is located about 1.5 km from the hamlet of Saint-Roman, in the town of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin (where you find all the shops) and the border of the Principality of Monaco. The town of Roquebrune center is about 5 kms and Menton 6km, 8km Italian border.

The nearest beaches are the Blue Gulf or nozzle where you can walk the paths = 20 minute walk but the gradient is large: about 200 m. gradient. By car it takes 5 to 10 minutes depending on traffic to reach these beaches. Overhang above the Blue Bay of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. Parking garage. A tiled terrace goes around the apartment.

très bonne location

Appartement très bien situé entre MONACO et MENTON avec beaucoup de balades à faire.Très belle vue de la terrasse sur la baie de ROQUEBRUNE. C'est un vrai bonheur de prendre ses repas sur la terrasse face à cette immensité.
La location est simple(avec ce qu'il faut ) mais très propre. C'est un endroit très calme et reposant.La propriétaire est agréable discrète et disponible pour tout renseignement.
Le garage est très apprécié.
Pour aller à la plage il vaut mieux prendre la voiture car le nombre de marches pour y aller est imposant.

Einfach klasse!!!

Wir freuen uns jedes Jahr auf die sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung und auf die sehr angenehme und hilfreiche Vermieterin Mme. Durante. Die Ferienwohnung ist voll ausgestattet und der Ausblick auf das Meer ist traumhaft. Perfekt für die Familie mit Kindern. Es gibt viel Platz zum Spielen, drinnen wie draußen. Von Vorteil ist, dass der PKW in einer großen Garage abgestellt werden kann. Klare Weiterempfehlung. À bientôt!

Traumhafte Lage und sehr schöne saubere FW

Wir haben in dieser wunderschönen FW mit unseren zwei Kindern sehr schöne zwei Wochen verbracht. Die Wohnung ist angenehm gross und vor allem sehr sauber. Die Küche hat einen neuen Herd und einen neuen Kühlschrank bekommen. Alles ist ordentlich und wir konnten jeden Tag uns selbst versorgen und diesen traumhaften Blick auf das Cap Martin geniesen.
Sehr von Vorteil ist die Garage die im Preis inbegriffen ist.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine , avec le soleil...Nous étions deux couples: espace suffisant et confortable. Le garage très appréciable. Les citrons et les oranges(que n'aime pas la propriétaire) étaient délicieux au petit déjeuner. De plus nous avons eu le privilège de visiter le nid d'amour au-dessus de la grotte.
Autant dire que nous sommes prêt à y revenir un jour prochain.
