The apartment, very well maintained and fully equipped, stands on the ground floor of a block of 4 bungalows; it counts with 2 double bedrooms (1 double bed + 2 single beds), a complete bathroom with a bathtub, an open plan fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, vitroceramic cooktop, coffee machine...) opened onto the living room with double sofa-bed and direct way out to the furnished terrace and garden, both of them private.

From the private garden, fully equipped with table, chairs and sunshade, you have a direct yet private and secure access (little gate) to the beautiful community area of the residence with its 6000 sqm green zone and swimming pool (Roman stairs and outdoor showers).

For your major comfort, the air conditioning is now available, as an option, you're made available a private parking spot within the residence (included) and, if you're coming along with small kids, you can be provided with a baby bed (on request).

This apartment is perfect for a relaxing stay with your family; it stands in a quiet and wooded residential area, close to the golf course of Bonmont and about 3 kms from the centre of the seaside resort of Miami Playa where you'll find all kinds of facilities (restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, chemists...).

Located 120Km South from Barcelona, 15Km from Cambrils, and 20 min from Salou and the famous theme park Port Aventura, it is 15Km from the little fishing harbour of Ametlla del Mar, and its wild creeks of Tres Calas and crystal water. At the north of the city, there is the residential area which is very quiet and woody named « Casalot » and is close to the famous golf course of Bonmont.
