Set in a gated community...With 2500sq ft of living area, this would be the perfect base for a wonderful holiday. Just 10 minutes to Disney, our home has 2 master suites with ensuite bathrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, a family bathroom and computer niche. Our large 30' x 15' private screened pool has a bubbling spa, just right for recharging after a busy day. We have Cable TV in all rooms and a PS2 and a selection of games. Our home is situated in Champions Gate, beautiful tree-lined area just minutes from the Interstate 4. To make your holiday a rest we are only a 2 minute drive from Supermarkets, gas, take-outs, restaurants and pharmacy stores. Wal-Mart is under 10 minutes away for all those essential purchases. Our home is equipped with a monitored security system, for peace of mind for those times that you are out seeing the amazing sights Florida has to offer.

Our home is based in Champions Gate, which is a beautiful palm tree lined area, home to the World Headquarters of the David Leadbetter Golf Academy. Close to shops, restaurants, petrol, and take-aways. Only a couple of minutes drive to the Interstate 4, which provides access to all the amazing sights Florida has to offer. Our gated community has it's own tennis court, children's play area and cabana.

  • I would require a security deposit cheque for £100.00. This is held on file and not cashed. Upon clearance by the property management company of no damage, the cheque is returned back to you. No cheque will be cashed before informing the client and acceptance from them to cash is needed before any claim may take place.
  • The pool and spa can be optionally heated for £12.00 per day.

Our family enjoyed this home. It is lovely and clean. We felt safe and secure. The rooms were spacious and having two master suites was a plus. The location is minutes from all the attractions. The heated pool and hot tub were a welcome retreat. Our family had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful home. We certainly would recommend this property to family and friends. I hope we have the opportunity to stay at ths villa again next year.
