Spacious, modern building , villa style apartments bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs comprising large corner power shower unit fully tiled, bedrooms with balconies overlooking the pool and gardens, views of mountains & not over looked. Downstairs, fitted kitchen all amenities, dishwasher, washing machine, oven/hob microwave, toaster seating breakfast area. Large separate living/dining area, TV,DVD, satelite, stereo, lrg patio doors leading to own patio/garden infront of pool area. Air-con, iron/board, hair drier & safes. Superb location for shops, beach, markets, clubs, but relaxing area to enjoy your holiday too. Ideal for families or couples - something for every one. A beautiful pool and ample lounging area. The location of the aparts are only 5 mins from the center for shops and only a further 5 mins to the white sandy beach. They are in a sought after area of Icmeler and of how new the building and its every detail/feature/layout has it gives off a relaxed airy feel a great place!!!

An hour or so car ride from Dalaman airport winding down the pine tree mountains down into the beautiful valleys of Marmaris and Icmeler, plenty of scenery to take in with all the adjoining hidden villages, bays, water falls, jeep tours up and down the scenic mountains and history too. Efesis, Daliyan Mud baths turtlestombs, and pammukale chalk mountains all sights of interest from this area. Icmeler boasts its own idyllic beaches surrounded by mountains a wonderful water front with some amazing bars, restaurants,shops and a local market every Wednesday - 10 minute walk away do not miss it. All at competitive prices, plenty to see and do in the immediate area without it being on top of the apart itself, very relaxing for sleeping at night as not over looked. Also hop on a dolmus bus to Marmaris 10 mins for more shops & beach on a much bigger level. Water Parks, clubs, Marinas, the lot especially for those night owls. Sunset walk Icmeler beach front - Marmaris beach front its fantastic!

Additional information about rental rates

  • If any one is interested in staying out of season, there have been many a request due to the fact of the high interest in property buying in the village, so if you wish to take your time in viewings and purchasing rather than coming and going and paying more out for unnecessary flights and transfers its cheaper to stay, and get the feel for the place also.
  • As mentioned before this is one of the two apart/villas we have in the 8 building complex
    They are airy, kept clean, and convenient for everything you want out of a self-catering holiday, the location, pool gardens, safeness for your children, well lit areas, shops, beach, friendly atmosphere and above all Icmel;er itself is a lovely place and great value for money for when it comes to shopping eating/drinking out ect. you'll be in your element!!!!
  • We have been renting for 3 yrs now, and have had plenty of positive feed back from our customers, and re-bookings too. We are a family run business and understand what a family wants out of a self catering holiday, we are adding more baby facilities to the properties this year as in high chair and carry cot, to help families out for when it comes to travelling with those items so, we try to please as much as possible, and encourage our customers to communicate with us give us feed back which we take on board and appreciate all ideas to being more of a success and now with our new venture with the other apt, we leave no corner unturned!! We thrive to please.

Notes: Wheel chairs are accessible to the apartment via the patio area although bedrooms and main bathroom upstairs. A lovely friendly tourist attraction for young or old couples or families once been would always want to return. This apart/villa advertised is 1 of the 2 we have in the 8 apt complex. Yes! we have this ground floor one with 3 bedrooms or the one above with 2 bedrooms both similar layouts, modern furnishings, kithen/ bathrooms exactly the same, clean and tidy, still spacious enough for 4/5 sharing, so therefore if there is a large group of you this could work nicely!! We will give a discount for both aparts being rented at the same time for those larger groups going, so email to ask ?s. We have a selection of DVDs CDs books and games at the aparts for your convenience all we ask is leave it all there, thanks guys!!! The doors and windows have double locking systems too, it's a pretty safe place really but you can never be too careful, remember to use the safes provided.

A guest book is available at the accomodations for any of your comments/ideas which we would be grateful for. Relevent Information and leaflets there for your interest recommended places of interest and restaurants/bars tried. Books, games DVDs and Cd's there and a pool man who is very helpful at times. Cleaners come prior to your stay in preparation for making of beds and cleaning, and at the end of your stay upon your departure, all we ask is for you to leave the accomodation as you find it, which is never in a mess!!

There is return transfer available if you do not require car hire or taxi this is a door to door service with which we can organise for you at an additional cost.

Water sports, diving etc is all available at the Icmeler beach front

Other Activities: Turkish baths on your first day or so to enhance the sun tan!!!!!

Just returned this morning and felt compelled to write a review immediately. Had an excellent holiday, which was made even better by the standard of the accommodation. This was first class and ideally located. Cheryl was fantastic throughout the booking phase right through to our return, excellent communication!!!!

Family had great holiday here, location is ideal, 5 minute walk to centre 5 minute more for beach, dolmus to marmaris 2 minute walk. Quiet area although you may hear the occasional cockerel. As with all bottom appartments you may hear guests above depending on your luck, we only heard them twice late at night. All facilities in excellent condition except loose showerhead which was still working, a few slight cosmetic marks which you would expect from rental, otherwise very clean and well maintained. Pool is very good and shared between 8 appartments but has no shallow steps entry for very young or disabled. Cheryl is fantastic to deal with, prompt e-mails, organizing transfers or any advice you need. There are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from in icmeler, or 10 minutes on dolmus to marmaris. Plenty of excursions to chose from and busy markets. All the turkish people we met were genuinely very friendly and helpful. If we go back to icmeler we would stay here, and would recommend it to family and friends.
