Our fully equipped town home has floor to ceiling windows for the perfect view. Queen beds ,stainless steel appliances, in suite washer and dryer , natural gas- stove- bbq - fire place , spacious patio.
Our very first visit to the Nanaimo Harbour , we fell in love instantly with the view. Our hearts new this was the home of our future . We are excited to share this experience with you .

If you’re considering a stay anywhere on Vancouver Island, then you have found your home away from home in this amazing vacation rental.
It’s not to often you find a rental property with the level of detail, proximity to everything you might need for a short (or long) stay, and owners who are responsive and attentive, that, in total, makes this rental experience one of the best you can expect… anywhere.
Whether you’re cooking at home in the fully stocked kitchen, relaxing around the house with water views from every window, taking a nap on either one of the uber comfortable beds, grilling up some lunch on the front patio, or just reading a book underneath the perfect reading lamp with the fireplace on, the owners have thought of every detail you might want or need during your stay. Even if you’re thinking about going crabbing, one of the must-be-done things to do while you’re in Nanaimo (especially since the pier is just a quick 2 minute walk from the home), you’ll find the crab traps and all the equipment you need to (hopefully) catch yourself some dinner.
Location doesn't get more central than this. It’s an easy walk to the grocery store, restaurants, downtown Nanaimo, park, coffee shops, farmers markets (over summer), crabbing pier, and don’t forget the ice cream shops. And since the harbor is right out your door, you can also walk to the many ferries that take you to some of the other smaller islands in the area. And having Harbour Air Seaplanes just a stone’s throw away means you can quickly, easily, and conveniently visit Vancouver, Tofino, Whistler, and many other must-see places in British Columbia, all from simply walking out your door and jumping onto a plane.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this vacation rental, and will definitely be back. We’ve never met friendlier, more responsive, or more attentive owners than Harry and Tammy, and are sure that if you choose to stay here, you can expect nothing less than an amazing stay.

This spectacular town home in Nanaimo is as good as we have ever experienced and one of our favorites. The location is where you want to be. The views and water activity are as mesmerizing and non-stop. The town home itself is very well designed, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully organized. The owners, Harry & Tammy, have thought of everything to make your stay memorable and flawless. This is the ONLY place we will stay when in this beautiful coastal community. Finally, working with Harry & Tammy was a sincere pleasure. They are very committed to their guests.
