Beautiful villa of 120 m2, Grasse in the hills at the foot of the medieval village of CABRIS, garden of 1300 m2 complanté lavender and olive trees, fully enclosed, very quiet, 10 minutes from Lake St Cassian, 20 minutes from the sea, beautiful view over the countryside (Vallauris in massive Tanneron), 10 minutes from the beautiful villages of Var (Montauroux, Fayence, Tourettes) private swimming pool (10x4.5) summer kitchen of 30 m2 with barbecue, oven bread (decoration) and garden furniture. Other 2 covered terraces with garden furniture; nap corner - ideal for napping children or grandparents! - In shady bower to two steps from the pool. The largest room - 16m2-has its own bathroom with shower, wc and terrace (in non-smoking rooms). all amenities and shops in the village of Peymeinade 5 km A 10 kms of the Route Napoleon, you can easily visit the Gorges du Verdon
