House with 2 suites and 2 c more to the pool!

Beautiful house with wonderful view to the green, 2 km from the asphalt Our house is near the city center and all that Joanópolis has to offer ... The house has 1 (a) broad suite + 1 (a) and panoramic suite with jacuzzi + large bathroom + large living room + kitchen and pantry American type, have a barbecue on the veranda with a refrigerator and sink, tables and offer guests chairs for a small reception or party at the barbecue area, we further 2 (two) bedroom poolside with 1 (one) bathroom, and can accommodate up to 15 people. The house is well furnished with several beds with new mattresses and all three (3) couches that serve the living room, we have 3 (three) with satellite TV and stereo, on the outside still have more than one (1) stove if you have a party and washing machine.
Car: recommended

Our home always left your pool clean and the house filled with water for your best stay the same within the property lives in an isolated house that is always ready to help. The city has much to offer, parks, dams for water sports, the highest waterfall of black water fall of SP, restaurants, trails, etc..
