Why Maria Helene Kraul chose Mission Hills
This is a beautiful ranch-style home nestled in one of Mission Hills' canyons. It overlooks part of Presidio Park and one of the San Diego Missions. I am a long-time resident of Mission Hills. What makes this cottage unique
This guest house is attached to the main house yet it is completely private. It sits at the end of a cul de sac therefore it is very private and quiet. The jewel and asset of this property is the garden. Here you can walk amongst fruit trees, sit under a large ficus and watch hummingbirds bath, watch red-tail hawks fly above, if your lucky you may spot great horned owls as they fly out over the canyon at dusk.
