  • Booking is effective when the tenant pays a deposit equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay ( bank transfer). The remaining balance (70%) is paid at latest the day of arrival, when receiving the keys.
    En response to the loss or damage which may be caused to the installations, objects, furniture or other things, a deposit is paid by the tenant in addition to rent, amounting to 200.00 euros. This deposit is due the day of arrival. If no damage is found , the deposit is returned when the tenant leaves. This deposit will in no case be considered as participation in the payment of rent.
  • The studio is normally for 3 people, but there is the possibility of sleeping four. The rental is weekly, but in low season the minimum is 3 days. Animals are forbidden. The calefaction is electric. The household is not included.( 30 euros suplementarios) To make a reservation of 30% of total rental can be made ??bank transfer. Housework is not included.
  • During the high season, rentals are to be taking for minimum 7 nights, and start on Saturdays. The accommodations are available on arrival at 16 am and should be released the day of departure before 11 am. For other seasons, minimum rental time is 3 days. On week-end: the rental is possible from Fridays 4PM to Sundays 7 PM.
    Eastern, 1st of May, Pentecost, Ascension are considered high season
  • Contractual booking deposit: 30% rent
  • Damage deposit: EUR200.00

I highly recommend this apartment for anyone from couples/young families to small groups of young people. We were two surfers who stayed all summer and had a great time. The apartment itself is modern, clean and has everything you need to feel at home. A big plus for us on such a long stay was the kitchen's modern appliances and abundant utensils, which made cooking at home a pleasure.

The owner of the apartment is incredibly friendly and helpful. She really took care of us with lots of great local tips and recommendations about everything that was happening in and around Biarritz.

We didn't have a car, so the apartment's central location was perfect as you're only ever a couple of minutes walk from anything you need including beaches, food, cafes and nightlife.

Fantastic apartment- Highly recommended

This apartment is top quality and in a great location for all beaches and the town center. It is small but very well designed to accommodate people and has every utility you could possibly need. It is also very clean and although it is located on a main street it is sound proofed to keep the noise levels down. The owner of the apartment is very friendly and was easy to deal with when organising bookings, she also provided lots of information about the area in the apartment and made sure she would be contactable throughout my stay if there were any issues.
I highly recommend this fantastic apartment, have and would recommend it to friends and would love to return to the area and stay there again.

We stayed here for a week and had a very enjoyable stay. Madamme Aguirre and her friend were extremely helpful and amiable and I would highly recommend this apartment. As a studio flat it never felt cramped and it was perfect for us. It is in the city centre but it is not noisy at all yet close enough to all the restaurants and the beach. Thank you for letting us stay!
