Includes communal pool/restaurant/kids area, balcony with built-in barbecue. Little distance from Meia Praia's stunning 4km coast of white sandy beach and crystal blue waters. Conveniently central for the marina, and central Lagos. On-site restaurant. Underground car park. 24 hour security. Internet available.

Sea Views: The property is on 4th floor of a modern condominium complex. It sits opposite the old town of Lagos with panoramic views of the new marina with fantastic unspoilt sea view and beach views of the lengthy Meia Praia beach from the balcony.

The complex is literally 10 minutes walk from one of the Algarve’s finest beaches, with around 4km of fine sand which is never crowded and various water-sport sites on the beach, as well as beach restaurants.

If you decide to hire a car, there is an underground garage with your very own car parking space.

Golf Details: As you will be aware, golfers are spoiled for choice in the Algarve. There are some great courses nearby.

There are discounted prices available for ALL courses in the Algarve.

The Palmares course is just 10 minutes up the road near the end of the Meia Praia beach which has great views of the area too. Nice to relax and enjoy the view with a light tipple of what you fancy.

Another course, Penina, designed by Henry Cotton and is a few miles East.

Quinta da Boa Vista is only a couple of miles to the west of Lagos.

Around and about Lagos region: Exploring The western Algarve is less intensely developed than the eastern part and rewards exploration down what at times become un-paved roads. Most beaches are relatively small, bounded by rocks or cliffs (Meia Praia is an exception to the rule). An excursion or two into the hills of Sierra de Monchique is highly recommended, offering splendid views to both South and West coasts and a circuit can be done to return by the West coast, which itself is something completely different, with vast expanses of beach open to the Atlantic rollers and hardly any people. Excellent for beach games and walking. Again, this requires research and exploration to discover the accesses. At the bottom of the West coast, or nearly 30km west of Lagos, is Cape St Vincent – the most westerly point of Europe, with views of sometimes very rough seas from the top of the cliffs.

The Algarve is one of the top holiday destinations in Europe with its sea and all year round sunshine creating perfect conditions for sports, leisure and relaxation.

Lagos, situated towards the south western side of the Algarve, is the third largest town in the Algarve and steeped in history, dating back to the Moorish invasion and once a very important fishing port. The old part of the town, where the original walls of the town remain, has been beautifully restored with its cobbled streets and flower decked squares. Lagos was the very first slave market in Europe.

One of the striking features on entering the town is its beautiful riverside avenue lined with exotic trees & plants. Lagos Marina comprises a wide choice of restaurants, snack bars, shops and boats. Top international golf courses are in close proximity including Palmares and BoaVista. Discounted rates available to ALL courses.

Other Activities: Boat trips to the grottos, sail, power and sports boats for charter.

Golf: REDUCED GREEN FEES AVAILABLE FOR ALL COURSES. All golfers know the fantastic courses climate and scenary make this one of the ideal locations in the world to play golf. As you would expect you are spoilt for choices for courses and there are numerous ones very close by. This condo is ideally located, in particular, for the western courses. Closest to the condo is Palmares Golf Course, 3 miles east of Lagos - this is partly a links course and offers stunning views of the sea and Lagos Town. BoaVista is the other side of Lagos with great views too. Ten miles west of Lagos is the Parque de Floresta Golf Course. This is a more physical challenge running through valleys and eucalyptus covered ravines - a buggy may well be deemed an essential requirement. There is Penina, the Championship Course that has been home to the Portuguese Open. Most require a handicap certificate so don't forget.

This apartment was everything we hoped for and more:- bright modern furnishings; well equipped;(even a shopping trolley for our trips to the supermarket); and breathtaking views from the balcony.
24hr security meant we felt very safe.
Only short walk to beach, marina and cobbled streets of old town with abundance of bars and restaurants (all very reasonably priced).
Excellent customer service provided by owners.
Tip for travellers:- take a jacket or cardigan as even in mid July the evenings were very breezy!

I have stayed at this apartment 3 times now and have had a brilliant holiday each time. The location is ideal, you are within a 10-15 minute walk to the beautiful beach and 5-10 minute walk to the marina and town where you will find a wide variety of bars and restaurants which cater for every pocket and taste. The apartment itself is spotless and well maintained providing good value for money in a secure location. The owner is always very helpful and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment and location for a brilliant holiday and i'm sure anyone else would have a fab time just as we have!!

Stayed here in June 2010 and were very impressed with the apartment and complex. Owners were extremely helpful and made the booking process very easy. Apartment had everything you could think of and was very clean and spacious. Great views from the large balcony. Close to Lagos and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Everything was fantastic with the Apartment, location was amazing being so close to the beach and marina restaurants. We ate on site a few nights as the food was fresh and exceptional. The views from this 4th floor apartment are fantastic to the sea and lagos town. Everything has been well thought of with a well equipped place, spotlessly clean, and very secure. The use of internet access at reception was useful. All the sunshine. Will definately be returning.
