The Villa was built in 1865 and completely refurbished recently. It is detached 260 sqm large on 3 floors with full central heating. Parking for 4 cars possible in the garden. Ground floor : hall, toilets, large American kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine) with sea view opened on living dining room (fireplace), family room (TV, DVD player) with a spare sofa, 1 bedroom (double bed) with its own Italian shower room and toilets, toilets in hall. First floor : 1 bedroom with a double bed (sea view), 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each (one of these rooms facing the sea), 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, 1 toilet. Second floor : 1 bedroom with a double bed (sea view), 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each (one of these rooms facing the sea), 1 shower room, 1 toilet

The villa is situated in a charming fishing town with a daily fish market from the local fleet, specializing in moules, soles and lobsters. The villa is ideal for sea lovers with its 5 rooms overlooking the sea. There is a sailing school at 1mn walking distance; Also shrimp crab fishing is possible in August during high tides. Everything (shops, restaurants, tennis ...) in town is accessible at walking distance. Also it is close to Bayeux, the world war two Normandy beaches, Mont St Michel, Caen, Saint-Lô, Cherbourg.
