This beautifully upgraded two bedroom, three bath townhouse-style condominium is located in Studio City. Great Location, walking distance to Ventura blvd. Minutes away from a variety of Dining/Shopping.

There are distressed wood floors throughout the home. Mixture of recessed lights, Standing & Table Lamps.

In the Living room you will find 2 sofas. each with a Queen Sized pull out. Large LCD HD FLAT Panel TV with Cable & DVR. The living room also features a fireplace, plantation shutters and sliding glass doors that lead to a small private patio with grill.

The kitchen includes granite counters, custom wood cabinets, recessed lighting, stainless steel appliances and a convenient side-by-side Washer & Dryer.

Just off the living room you'll find an elegant guest powder room on the first floor with glass vanity and raised bowl sink.

Upstairs, both bedrooms have their own full bathrooms. Newer closet doors, and built in closet organizers. The light-filled master bedroom has a vaulted wood beam ceiling, and the master bath has a limestone dual sink vanity and shower with spa tub.

The complex has a pool (though, not heated). Secure access with gated subterranean 2 car tandem parking included.

Amenities include: Highspeed Wifi, Cable TV, DVR in all bedrooms. Hairdryer in each bathroom. In unit Washer / Dryer. Private balcony with Outdoor Grill.

Linens, towels, pool/outdoor towels, flatware, glassware, coffee maker, toaster, blender, ironing board, iron, & pack and play are provided.

We had a great experience here. Clean, updated. A great neighborhood, a short walk to a great coffee shop on Ventura Blvd, and a park nearby to throw a frisbee around. While here we went to Six Flags, Disneyland, Santa Monica beach, etc. We, along with our four adult children, had room to spread without tripping over each other. The kitchen had all the dishes/pots/utensils, etc. needed for cooking and eating, and the pool was an extra bonus. We'd happily book in here anytime.

Loveliness in Studio City

I have high expectations when it comes to the rental properties I like, and I scour VRBO for properties that I think will live up to those expectations.

This place met every expectation I had -- even though I couldn't possibly believe it would look as great as it did in the photos (it did... and then some).

Beds were phenomenally comfortable, the area was somehow simultaneously quiet AND in the middle of all the action, the cable was awesome, the a/c worked so well that I had to turn it off (a first for me), and the unit's layout was great. The master bedroom ceiling was especially fabulous.

Vacationing with Teens and Mom, while looking to relocate from NYC!

This was our first time using VRBO and we were a bit nervous. However, everything was perfect! The apt looks exactly like the pictures. The beds were all Amazingly comfortable!
Location is very important to me and this apt was in a prime location. It was easy to walk to coffee shops, stores, restaurants all right on Ventura Blvd. (about 5 min walk). All major freeways were in the neighborhood as well. You really need a car in LA to make the most of the entire area, beaches and Hollywood but you can get out and walk or get to public transportation if necessary.
The only issue we had when we first arrived was the downstairs toilet got backed up as soon as the first person used it. There was a plunger right there, conveniently, and we didn't have any other problems.
The property manager was great, she called and needed to pop in to pick up something and drop off another set of keys. No big deal.
The pool is kinda hidden in the back of the building but we found it, didn't have time to get in.
I would definitely recommend this property.

I've recently decided that staying in a home/condo in a neighborhood is way more fun & interesting than staying in a cookie cutter hotel. I love feeling like a local, wandering the neighborhood & discovering neat shops and eateries that I would never otherwise come across. This property in Studio City feels brand new, is spacious, well equipped, with parking & pool. It was very comfortable for our party of 4. It's close to Universal Studios, the shops on Ventura Boulevard, and a great breakfast place called Republic of Pie, besides having good access to the freeways for all the other sight-seeing one might want to do. Janet, with Ink Properties is very personable, efficient and helpful. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay and I would recommend this property.
