Escape to 'Il Paradiso' - Enter through your own secure, private gate onto one of the largest Gulf-Front lots in all of the Destin area. Upon entering the hexagon-shaped home you are treated to unobstructed, breathtaking, panoramic views. This home boasts a huge sunken-kitchen with a large stone fireplace that looks out to the dining area, two sitting areas and a gaming area with poker table. Dining table and large bar area seat up to 18 people for mealtime.

This home has four bedrooms - three with Queen beds . Plus a large bunkroom with four full/twin bunks. The home has three full bathrooms. It also has a 2 car garage and ample parking for many vehicles. A private entrance leads you to the boardwalk and 72 feet of beachfront, a rare commodity in Destin!

Located on Scenic Highway 98 Just Two Miles from Sandestin Resort -

- Walking distance to: Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Carrabbas, Cheeseburger in Paradise, Starbucks, Winn Dixie, Skippers Seafood, Cash's Liquor, TCBY, Regions Bank, Surf Side Beach Store, and more.

- Biking distance to: Bruno's Grocery, Bruno's liquor, Buster's Bar and Grill, CVS Pharmacy, Movie Gallery, Circle K, Waffle House, and more.

-And, only a few miles drive to Destin Commons and Grand Boulevard shopping malls.

I was a guest at a wedding here in May 2011... what a beautiful place, right on one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen. Nice deck overlooking the beach. The only negative would be that it is adjacent to a public walkway and can get busy. It's also within a 15 minute walk to the outlet mall and a Starbucks.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Young Children
