The Kihei Surfside property is set to undergo a major renovation project beginning May 1st 2015 and will last approximately 5 to 6 months. All of the exterior ocean facing sliding glass doors and windows will be removed and replaced with all new double pane tinted glass similar to the existing. In addition, the existing metal hand railings will be replaced with new glass railings for a greater unobstructed ocean view.
As the building & property enters into a complete “shut down” mode beginning May 1st 2015, the construction project manager will be sending me updates to ensure the work is on track and the projected date the building will be released back to the owners and available for rental activities.
As such, with the building renovation estimated to be completed approximately November 1, 2015, I will be waiting for future updated construction completion information to ensure the property will be available and in “Ready to Rent” condition. Also, the future rental rate pricing effective Nov 1st 2015 and beyond has yet to be determined. Therefore, unfortunately I currently cannot offer, make or confirm any future reservations at this time.

I fell in love with all that Hawaii has to offer when I was a teen and have never stopped feeling the Aloha.
Remodeling projects and a complete make-over from head to toe has resulted in a streamlined and modern look in appearance; we have left a lot of the traditional “Hawaiian Island” look on the outside of the unit for your viewing enjoyment. Almost everything is newer including ceramic tile floors throughout, new custom Eco friendly Bamboo kitchen cabinets, all stainless steel appliances, low voltage kitchen lighting, plus lots of dimmer switches for your “Just Right” lighting needs. Both bathrooms have granite countertops and recessed lighting.
Love, love, love this community and have finally found the BEST unit to rent in the building. Fabulous owner to deal with and a true remodel, others make this claim but fall short. Nice towels and linens, plus king size bed big plus! Great kitchen!
