Set in a vast property on a hill, surrounded with pine-trees and beautiful gardens with fruit and exotic trees, you will find this tastefully decorated, spacious and luminous villa inviting and relaxing, but also close to all ! You can dive into the large swimming-pool situated on the same level as the house, sunbathe on an ample terrace, rest in one of the many chill-out areas, enjoy the wildlife, listen to music or watch television on the flat-screen TV with satellite. The large 2-levels air-conditioned lounge area with its fireplace and floor to ceiling windows opens on a dining terrace with stunning views over Ibiza’s old town & Formentera. The dining room is crowned by a beautiful dome. The kitchen is fully equipped - fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, micro-wave…and more! There are 3 double bedrooms with 3 full en suite bathrooms. Two are situated in the main house & open on pool & terraces, while another is detached from the house & opens on a peaceful patio with a fountain
