This ground-level suite offers two comfortable bedrooms, one of which has a fireplace and views of the ocean. See floor plan provided in the photos. Located across the street from Ross Bay, watch the ships and planes go by from the public benches in front of the house. Sip your coffee on the beach, or take an early morning jog or walk on the promenade along the beach. You may even spot seals or otters along the way.
There is great cycling in the area too. Ride your bike along the coastline, all the way to downtown (about 3 miles away). Dallas Road walkway and bike path (which begin at your door step), are the favorite for most, for its scenic appeal.
Once in downtown, and the Inner Harbor causeway area, you will experience street performers, carriage rides, the Empress Hotel, the Legislative Buildings, the Royal BC Museum, Undersea Gardens, and a plethora of activity providers who can take you whale watching, harbor cruising, fishing charters, sea kayaking, and scuba diving.
Later in the day, return to your suite, and enjoy the views from inside, or sit on the beach, listening to the waves, as the sun sets over the ocean.

We have very much enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. Victoria is a lovely city. We have particularly enjoyed neighbourhood walks, admiring the beautiful gardens. Tashi is a wonderful, gracious and helpful hostess whom we have quickly come to admire.

We are a couple, rooted in both Canada and the U.S., winding down in our professional careers, but enjoy being hosts to guests from all over the world. Having travelled extensively ourselves, we have tried to create a space that we ourselves would want, as we travel.
One or both of us will welcome you with a tour and can help you plan on what to see and do in Victoria. Ofcourse, we will respect your privacy, but remain available for any questions you may have.
We bought this property for the spectacular vistas that surround it. The 'walkability' factor to all the essential amenities, was of great appeal as well.....grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, public transportation, etc, are at a 5-minute walking distance from this home.
Major transportation links to Vancouver, and the U.S., are within a 3-mile distance. These include the following:
-The Coho ferry to Port Angeles (allows transportation of vehicles on board).
- The Clipper passenger ferry to Seattle.
- Float plane service to Seattle and Vancouver (Kenmore Air, Horizon Air, West Coast Air, Harbour Air)
*Note that all three options above are within 3 miles of our home.
Additionally, Victoria International airport and the ferries port at Swartz Bay to Vancouver and to the Gulf Islands in the U.S., are only a 25 minutes' drive away.
There is off street parking available, and there is a bus stop near by.
