Kitchen: Brand new appliances, new tile, new cabinets, full refrigerator with water/ice access, fully stocked with dishes, glassware and other necessary household items.
There is absolutely no smoking permitted anywhere on property.

Many fine restaurants in the area. Numerous public golf courses nearby. Boat rentals , swimming, boating, fishing and other water sports are available at the Jetty.
No need for a car, as it is 5 blocks to downtown where you will find shops, restaurants, activities, library, live theater, and hospital. The well-maintained public parks are lovely places to learn more about local vegetation.
Our favorite times have included riding the pristine bike paths to beautiful Casperson Beach and back. Riding bikes to the Jetty for a fantastic breakfast or lunch at Anita's. You may catch the dolphins or surfers, and we also have seen a manatee.
Sharky's on the Pier is our favorite for outside casual dining and drinks right on the beach, and most nights features live music.

Our family has enjoyed many great times in Venice, and we had the opportunity to buy this rental property across from our home. We love the location on Venice Island, and the quiet neighborhood. We saw an opportunity to completely renovate an older home.
The backyard is huge and completely fenced-in. The open floorplan maximizes the space, and brand-new kitchen is open to the living area. It is 3 blocks from the beach and 5 blocks from downtown on a quiet street.
This house is located on Venice Island, a short walk from the quaint downtown area and the beach. The entire island is easily walked or biked, so enjoy a stress free atmosphere with lots of activities, shops and restaurants close by.
