Spend your vacation in our luxurious 4 bed, 5 bath Windsor Hills villa which features a dedicated home cinema room/den and games room. Free WIFI and phone calls. South facing pool w/ raised spa and extended deck. The two storey floor plan is ideal for one family or two - you'll enjoy one of the largest covered pool deck areas of the community. All fabrics and furnishings are rich earthy colours, living room & bedrooms have cable TV with DVD. PlayStation II and board games provided. High chair, pack & play, stair guards and room monitors – all provided free of charge. Games room features air hockey, football and ping pong. Villa is equipped with WIFI. The den offers 37” flat screen TV with home cinema equipment - ideal for watching sporting events or relaxing with a good movie. The castle themed playground is across the street and we're walking distance to clubhouse. Windsor Hills offers unparalleled resort amenities in a gated community AND it's 2.5 miles from Disney gate.

Windsor Hills is a gated resort community, is 2.5 miles from the gates of Disney and less than 1 mile south of Hwy 192. There are numerous restaurants, grocery stores and shopping malls within the area. Our guests have full access to the Clubhouse facilities: huge pool with cork screw slide, dancing fountain, surround sound cinema (free), billiards, ping pong, sundry shop, fitness centre, video games and more! Two storey villa - you will appreciate the extra space!

This villa was wonderful and exactly as described. It is beautifully decorated and really spacious. The beds were really comfortable, the kitchen very clean and well equipped. All the bathrooms seemed newly fitted and were also spotlessly clean. The villa had a great snug room with a cinema style TV, a great games room and the pool which was great fun and perfect for cooling off. All this, and the villa was located extremely conveniently for all the parks, attractions and airport without any intrusive noise from roads or planes. Opposite the villa there is a small play park which was another unexpected bonus. The gated community in which the villa is located was also reassuring.
What more can I say - a fantastic place to stay.
