An end terraced villa on a recently completed, beautifully landscaped complex with a large communal pool. Built by a prestigious house builder and furnished to a high standard, it is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, the beach, harbour and Old Town. Two bedrooms, each with air conditioning - one twin and one double, which has a balcony overlooking the pool. The spacious ground floor is open plan; with a well equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge area with TV opening out onto a private patio with garden furniture. A welcome pack is provided.

Situated to the west of Kato Paphos, in a residential area within walking distance of the Old Harbour, shops and tavernas. It is a select development of houses and apartments, with a large pool in well maintained beautiful landscaped communal area. Ideally located for those who like to walk, golf or ski, as well as for beach holidays. The Old town, with it's many shops and municipal market is about a 20 minute walk away. There are also many archaeological sites, such as the old fort and the mosaics a similar distance away. The Rock of Aphrodite, the Troodos Mountains, the Akamas Peninsular, Polis and Latchi are all within easy driving distance.

    • In the event of cancellation within 28 days of departure there will be no refund.
    • Travel insurance is essential!
    • A refundable security deposit of £200 is payable.
    • A daily rate of £3 is payable for air-conditioning.
    • Guests must agree not to smoke on the premises.
    • At the moment changeover days are flexible, as are check out times where possible.
    • Bookings for single sex parties are not accepted.
    • A £50 excess applies for a Christmas or New Year booking.
