Relax poolside, read a book under an umbrella beach side, or take a siesta on the HUGE Wrap-Around deck under the overhang. Fish right off the beach and in the evening cook your fresh caught seafood in the spacious gourmet kitchen as you relive your perfect day in paradise.

About Doug Quinn

I am a retired dentist and my wife is a Realtor. We left Atlanta and moved to the Tampa Bay area in 2001. Glenda worked for a Fortune 50 company for 20 years before starting her own Marketing company. When she sold the company and we moved to Fla I was able to continue practicing dentistry. I joined the practice of an Emory Dental school classmate who had set up in this area after we graduated. I re-retired in 2008 and became bored. My wife was a realtor so I went to class and got my Fla real estate license. We love the beach and Gulf of Mexico and have become sales specialists in waterfront property.

Our home is 10 minutes from this condo. We are on the Intracoastal waterway with our boat on a lift in the back yard. I can be in big water in less than 15 minutes right out John's Pass. That is why we don't live in the Pier House quite yet. Hard to give up what we already have. We really do plan on moving into this particular condo when we really RETIRE....whenever that is!!!

Why Doug Quinn chose Indian Rocks Beach

When we bought this condo we had a check list of 'must have' features. Some of those criterea could be sacrificed but not the need to have the master bedroom open onto the beach. There is nothing better than falling asleep to the sound of the waves....except for waking up to the same sounds.

The unique design of this building gives our end unit sliding doors and decks on the North side as well as the West side(the one facing the beach). This is by far the brightest, most open 1500 square foot condominiums I have seen in this area. We feel if you are at the beach you should be able to have a view of the sand from every room. Well, we do.

What makes this condo unique

This unit is on the 4th floor of a 5 story building. The unit above ours is 200 square feet larger. As such it provides with an overhang on the balcony. This was an unexpected bonus and provides protection from the occasional rain shower.

We own 2 assigned parking spaces, one under the building and the other just outside the North elevator. Close to the covered parking space is a beach locker where we provide beach chairs and umbrellas.

Perfect home away from home!

This is a long overdue review for our stay at Doug and Glenda's beach condo. What a fantastic and wonderful place to call or home for a week! We couldn't have been happier anywhere else.

The condo is perfectly located right on the beach with beautiful panoramic views from the large balcony, bedroom and living room. Everything was clean, modern, and so very comfortable. We loved that the 2nd bedroom was far enough from the master bedroom and living areas, so the kids could sleep in peace while the parents stayed up. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked with all of the essentials. The washer and dryer inside the unit was super convenient. Free Wi-Fi was also included, and completely necessary for us since Sprint had the worst reception near the beach. We really appreciated that there were plenty of kid friendly and on demand options available on the big screens.

The beach is gorgeous and right there. It was such a treat simply sleeping at night with the sliding glass door open, listening to the sounds of the calming surf. Private access to the beach, which was rarely busy during our stay, made it so simple and easy to quickly enjoy. The pool and hot tub were a delight. We were so impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was, inside and out. It was also nice to have dedicated parking spots and a secure building that had us feeling extra safe. In addition to being a terrific location on the beach, there some great restaurants in walking distance, plus a CVS about a block away for all your immediate shopping needs.

We were so comfortable and happy, we felt like we were at our very own beach condo and never wanted to leave. It doesn't get better than this. Thank you for such a pleasant stay!

Fabulous as always

This is our 5th year staying at Doug and Glenda's beautiful condo. It is our home away from home. We can't say enough. Spectacular sunsets every night, beautiful beach to swim in or walk. The condo complex is immaculate. Pool is awesome. Very quiet. Location is perfect. The condo unit itself is gorgeous. Wrap around balcony is fantastic. The view from the balcony is second to none. Restaurants are nearby as is the grocery store and pharmacy. Will continue our yearly vacay here and even hope to extend it to a month in the next few years. Thanks Doug and Glenda!!!! We have found our paradise.

Pictures and video were spot on with the description of condo and beach. We have rented many VRBO units in the past but this supercedes all of them by a lot. The balcony with the overhang kept the sun off and the beach and views were spectacular.

The condo was immaculate and had every possible amenity you could think of.

The owner had a meet and greet with us on the morning after our arrival and gave us invaluable information. You could easily stay here and not need a car.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. We felt like we were living in someone elses home for the week and not just another rental unit. We definitely would recommend the property but reluctantly so as to keep it a secret. Dont think this owner will need many reviews or to advertise as I think he will have a large number of return visitors and referalls so he can keep a clientele that will treat his property like it is their home. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

best condo around

This condo is great. We have stayed here the last six out of seven years. We stayed somewhere else one year and regretted it. Its pretty quite here and it feels like home to us. The beach isnt crowded and there are so many restaurants within walking distance. The condo has anything you need and it's very secure, with keys to elevator and pool. We've stayed a lot of places and this unit and the owner Doug are both the best?

The condo is great. The unit is bright, well appointed, tastefully decorated, and has an incredible view. Doug greeted us when we arrived, showed us around and was available if you needed him. The pool and common areas were well kept and quite. The condo is on the 4th floor, so its high enough for a great view yet not too high so that wind is a problem. The area is great, close to whatever you might need. Great place, great host, great area, incredible balcony!
