Very large 198m2 1 bedroom flat located 3 minutes from the famous port of Puerto Banus in Marbella, the property comprises of a large lounge, kitchen with all mod cons, 93m2 west facing terrace with sea veis of GIBRALTAR and MOROCCO and of course fabulous mountain views. The terrace is 3 times the size of what you see and great views of tropical gardens down below which are all lit up in the evening.There are 3 pools (1baby pool) kids playground and 2 raquet courts. The complex also has 24 hour security and is very peaceful and lots of room for parking. You are walking distance to San Pedro where you can eat out and enjoy a typical Spanish town. It is also about a 15 walk to the beach and Banus, and a 10 minute drive to the town of Marbella, If you go up the dirt track rd near the cows there is also another spanish town called LA CAMPANA supermarket on you doorstep. there r 2 single beds in bedroom and a double 1 in Arabic cove and a l shaped sofa that will sleep 2 kids (or adults).

The property is located about a 10 to 15 minute to the centre of Purto Banus, there is an under pass located close by which gives you easy access to the other side of town. The supermarket is also about a 10 minute walk and would have most English foods required. In a cab it is about 3 minutes drive and would cost about 7 euros. It is also possible to walk via the beach to the main road where the under pass it located which is very pleasant in the evenings.

  • there is a small deposit of 150 as security on apartment which will be returned as soon as you leave the property... we have a booking for nov the whole month these are people that know the costa del sun and know that we have a micro climate... the weather in december can be great you will most probably get rain but you know what?? you might not I had not been in Spain for 2 months because of other committments when I went there I was surprised to see( xmas time ) people swimming?? I then saw all my friends and asked them where they had get their tans we have had a mini summer , that was a few yeas ago and we have had mini summers alot in winter since... even the worse of weather you will nearly always get some good weather...You think ..@Oh god here is winter, then after a few days of rain you open the curtains and there are the blue skys and we all head for the beach yet again.. the climate is for sure the best in the world... perfect for golf and tennis... cant beat this great plac
  • a mini summer they tell me , well lots of mini summers later I am still enjoying the winter sunshine... there are golf courses all around here and tennis .. ( I am a tennis coach(x) and can point you to the best clubs where you can get a asme anytime easily... BEL AIR CLUB FOR ONE has lots of social club days .. mens doubles ...ladies doubles... mixed and the standard is very good also it does not cost the earth and everyone is friendly... and the other is the costa del sol club other side of Marbella ( not far) get a bus straight there)they have social afternoons all the time.. 12 euros 2 hours of good tennis plus drink and tapas after very nice people lots of swedes and germans every nationality really as Marbella is very international...It is a great place to live .. give Spain another 5 years and I predict it will be one of the mopst prominent countries in the world.. they just have to sort a few infrastructures out then they will be flying .. they are already doing a lot of work
  • All in all it is a great place to holiday and live. what a place to bring up your children , such a healthy lifestyle.. I know Spain has had a few issues (especially Marbella) in the past but they are slowely getting there and building more roads and schools to make life easier for all who live there.. People say Marbella is Passe...rubbish... Banus itself is one of the most desirable places to live in Marbella it's not just about the port there are all sorts of amazing hotels and clubs that tourists don't even know about .. you have to live there for a while before you realise how beautiful this area is ...they are building 5 star hotels everywhere .. they say there is a free fall over there and yes there are some good properties up for grabs if you look closely but the money that is being spent over there is massive they must be expecting us....................bye..............

the weather in this part of Spain , is sensational .. If you love any sport.. especially tennis and golf there are loads in my area.. I have lived on and off in Banus and it is the only place to live and enjoy .. The quality of life is amazing... I have not the space to list everything that is fab about this area and the weather is amazing.. September is very hot and even xmas and Oct, nov, You may have a few days of rain and it may be a little chilly but you can guarantee that at least 2 days in the week just when you yearn for that sunshine that we all yearn for in england, you will open the blinds and the sky will be blue and we all head for the courts the beach or the golf course.... Banus cannot be beaten... It is not cheap.... but it is unique... and ..what more can I say... ???? YOU HAVE TO TRY IT..........

I couldn't possibly list all the great places to go over here ... but if you send me all the info on what you are interested in then I shall certainly help you along as much as I can .. you will never be bored here, especially if you are sport orientated, there is just too much to do....

Other Activities: there is so much to see in Marbella there is ISTAN which is the turn off PUENTO ROMANO CLUB HOTEL which you must visit .There is RONDA.. GIB.

I have to say that Vivien (the owner of this appartment) is so friendly, she remains in contact with you right up until your holiday to ensure everything goes to plan, she offers you advice on were to go and what to do and it has been a pleasure to meet her. The appartment is in a brilliant location, not a far walk from the beach were the famous ocean club is (NOT TO BE MISSED) and is situated right down the street from the new Novellis restaurant in the Locramar hotel. The appartment itself is very modern and has 2 single beds in 1 room and a double bed in the living room. there was 4 of us all girls who stayed there and we had a fabulous time, plenty of mirrors to avoid us all fighting to get ready ha ha. would recommend this appartment to anyone, families and friends. small supermarket on the bottom of the street (owner again lovely) and also a large supermarket in san pedro. (within walking distance but would recommend taxi back with the shopping - taxi about 6-8 euros.) nighlife in banus is unreal and a taxi to and from our appartmen was aprox 8 euros. cheap as chips if you ask me!! ha, thanks once again for letting us stay in your apparment, we had an absolute ball. xxxx

Just returned from a week in Puerto Banus. Appartment was first class, plenty of space, secure and grounds very well maintained, pools really clean and lifeguard cover. Bus service very reliable. Would return to this appartment in the future.
