Praia do Espelho House Rental Photos and Description
Sea side house in exclusive resort with 2 en-suite bedrooms
BAHIA BEACH HOUSE is situated in the exclusive condominium 'Outeiro das Brisas', an environmental preservation area near Praia do Espelho, which has been voted one of the most beautiful beaches in Brazil. It is between the villages of Trancoso and Caraiva, which are both full of character.
The bungalow has two en-suite bedrooms (one of which very spacious, with approximately 50m2, and the smallest in the mezzanine). The larger bedroom (with double-height ceilings) has a super-king bed. The bedroom in mezzanine has two single beds which can be put together. The bungalow has a very high terrace with beautiful views of the sea (see photographs attached). The layout is unique, with the living area open to the outdoors. The bungalow was recently refurbished and all furniture was made to our specification in rustic style. The beach is secluded and is only a few steps down from the bungalow.
A daily maid service is included, for the preparation of breakfast and lunch, cleaning and making the beds. Grocery purchase and free delivery services are available.
We are also members of the Clube House, and our guests are free to use the pool and other facilities.
It offers 24-hour security and a small village with restaurants, hotels, launderette and green areas for exploring.
