Second shower room available-Garden of 1.300m2. Enjoy Indian summer and relax by the 12mx5m tiled pool, with stone staircase, secure .. South facing. Peaceful. 2,5km from down town and all amenities. 2km and 10km from supermarkets. -35km from Col du Turini, 15 km from Nice and 20km from Monaco. Cleaning at the end of the stay available. . Monthly rentals possible, mid-November to March.

Ideally located 15 minutes away from the highway. You are in the hinterland of Nice, full of sun, colours and tastes. Everything nearby, Nice and its old city, its carnival, the famous col du Turini and the Peira Cava station from where passes the Monte Carlo Rally. The Vesubie and Tinee gorges with the stations of Valberg, Auron, La Colmiane...The big Ventimille market in Italy, Menton and its lemon festival. The principality of Monaco, the small ports of St Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Beaulieu and Ville-Franche. Eze, perched medieval village overlooking the big blue. The seaside paths, one that goes round Pointe de Ste Hospiceand, the other round Cap d'Antibes for unforgettable hiking in which,you can admire the magnificent villas. Juan les Pins beach, Cannes, its festival and Croisette. You should not forget the Loup and St Paul de Vence gorges, Vallauris and its pottery, Biot and its glass making, Grasse and its perfumes: a whole universe of hiking paths and discoveries.

This is an excellent property - an oasis, away from the hustle and bustle of a busy Cote d’Azur. The villa is located about 8 minutes away from town in a quiet area on a hillside. The apartment is stylish, bright, and well-appointed, and is equipped with all the modern amenities one needs, including W-LAN. The classic pool is beautiful and clean, and the gardens are enchanting. While Contes itself isn't noteworthy(it does however have great bakeries, fresh produce, a supermarket and a wonderful butcher), one can reach Cap Ferat, Ez, Monaco, Antibes by car in 20 - 30 minutes. Mr. and Mrs. Roux are wonderful hosts, who made us feel welcome, and gave us the precious gift of privacy. We can only hope that we have the opportunity to stay again.
