Situated on Calle Puesto Gil on the corner of Calle Puerto de la Laja the villa has lovely views from all the windows. Within walking distance of El Portet Beach (15min approx) & its bars and restaurants. It is approx 25min walk to Moraira town where you will find the Marina, shops restaurants & bars. The villa comprises of three bedrooms, one en suite, two bathrooms, large living area with sitting room and dining room. Good sized, fully equipped modern kitchen with up to date equipment including dishwasher. Beautiful Naya (covered conservatory) with bed settee & private pool in its own grounds. The town of Moraira was originally a fishing village. It still has fishing boats but is now enjoyed by many Europeans on holiday. It has kept it's charm and feeling of a village community. Set in a valley running down to the sea. There are two beaches. One is in the town and the other one is at El Portet which a short distance from the town. Club Nautica in the heart of the marina is lovely for a relaxing lunch while watching the boats. Many good restaurants and bars. Prices vary according to the establishment. 7 Michelin guide rated and2 Michelin star restaurants in the area. Two night clubs. Children's fair. Marina. Many supermarkets, banks and two internet shops. Nice gift. clothes and shoe shops. The area is idea for families as the town is quite small, very clean and the Spanish are very friendly.

Things to do.: In Benidorm there is the Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar sealife park. Benidorm Palace is worth a visit for an enjoyable night out. Train station in Teulada. The local wine from the Jalon Valley is an absolute must do. The nearest nine hole golf course is 5 minutes away. 8 other courses within an hours drive from the villa. There is a tennis club in Moraira. Water bikes, peddelos etc. in the town centre and on the beach. International Go-Karting track but suitable for all levels

The Villa is really spacious and well presented. The area so quiet, but not far from 2 beaches and the restaurants of Moraira. The children had a great time in the heated pool and were delighted to find all the inflatables etc! When we had to call Coral because we were having problem with the television, help arrived within no time.

We would happily recommend this villa
Owner's Response: I am delighted they had a good holiday but asked why not 5/5. It was suggested we had plastic plates and glasses for the pool area. There are now plates, bowls etc. and hopefully glasses soon, Proper plastic glasses are very expensive to buy in Spain. Also the umbrella was broken but has now been replaced. I did not know about this until I asked the question.

Relaxing, well appointed, a short drive to town

Nicely furnished, clean villa in quiet location with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. There are some steps up to villa and down to pool, but is suitable for people with limited mobility otherwise ( inc walk in shower). Whilst you could walk to either Portet or Moraira, if it's hot, you would definitely need another shower when you got there - very little shade en route!

Pool smallish, but really nice. Well equipped except for no hairdyer - 2 TV's with limited sky channels, but who needs Tv anyway? Moraira has some really good restaurants - Options was our favourite - and is very relaxed.

Would definitely go back.

Escape from the snow!

We stayed at Villa Marian for six weeks in order to escape the worst of the winter in the UK. We have nothing but praise for this light, spacious, comfortable and clean villa.

Just a ten minute walk to a small shop and the sandy bay of El Portet - a gorgeous place to sit and watch the sunset drink in hand ! Or if you are feeling bold, climb up to the tower on the headland and take in the view from there. The half hour walk in to Moraira is also delightful.

Lovely holiday at Villa Marian

We had an excellent holiday staying at this villa is was a lovely peaceful location but not too far away from the beach the marina and the restaurants of Moriora. The bay bay at El Portet is very pretty and lovely for small children. You can walk to it from the villa it takes about 15 minutes downhill but its quite a climb on the way back. There is a free car park very close to the beach. We found the cost of eating out to be slightly more than other areas we have visited on the Costa Blanca but thought this was the nicest area we have stayed. The Villa was perfect in every way very well equipt lovely furniture and beautifully clean and we would love to go back and stay there again.
