Photos and Description of the Naples vacation house rental 3 bed 2 bath (sleep 6) large enclosed patio and full internet access

Our luxury family home is situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, (neighbours very friendly) within a gated community. Professionally furnished, the accommodation comprises of a king size bed in the master suite, queen size in bedroom 2 and in bedroom 3, twin beds. The living room with separate formal dining area seats 6 persons. The fully equipped kitchen also has a breakfast area seating for 4. One outstanding feature of our home - both double bedrooms, living room and kitchen have patio doors leading onto the enclosed large patio/pool area. This becomes the main living area for homes in Florida and with a totally private aspect is ideal for all meals, with seating for 6. Airport pickup can be arranged from most regional airports. Our preferred airport is SW Florida International, located between Fort Myers and Naples on the I 75. (About 35 mins from house). All major car hire firms located on the airport.

The house is maintained by a local company, the owners of which live a few doors away. They are always willing to be of any assistance to our rental guests.

Our neighbourhood (Briarwood) is ideally situated for all aspects of Naples life. It is minutes away from 'Olde Naples', 'Tin City', Coastland shopping mall, the beach and of course the golf courses. The Everglades and Marco Island are about half an hours drive away.

Holiday Rental Briarwood

This property was in a very quiet gated community with good excellent kitchen equipment, plenty of cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.
It did not however have any BBQ facilities which would have been nice, and we had to go and search for WIFI access.
Pool was very nice and warm, sun loungers good except did not recline flat, a bit of ingenuity was needed to make that happen.
Would recommend this charming house to anyone who wants a relaxing week by the pool to catch up on their reading.
My travel companion enjoyed doing all the puzzles!!!!

This definitely is a home from home experience, it has everything you need to ensure you have a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The house is in a lovely residential area, with really nice friendly neighbours. It is very close to the beach, golf, shops & restaurants. The house is well maintained, very clean, the lanai area is very private, the pool is fabulous at any time of the day. We would recommend you obtain a beach permit for your stay (about $20) this lasts for 12 months but is still worth getting as it saves having to watch the meter!! We're lucky as we will have got 3 two week visits for our $20 as we love the place that much we're going back in October 08. Naples beach is best, very quiet. For golf try Heritage Bay best value and lovely course. We use Publix supermarket for groceries and maybe try the Cheesecake Factory & TGI's for nice food and friendly service. Thanks Lindsay & Jane for allowing us to rent your beautiful home.
