Set in the well established and famous Capistrano Village, the villa enjoys panoramic south-facing sea views from the bedrooms and the spacious lounge/diner and from both terraces with mountain views to the front. The private shaded walled garden is accessed from the main terrace. The 3 main pools are all within a few minutes walk together with 2 children's pools. An excellent restaurant is open for both outside snacks and meals and inside for evening dinner. There are 2 pool bars together the Cellar Bar and well stocked shop. There are public telephones in the centre, an ATM and a car rental office. The town centre with the renowned Balcon-de-Europa is within 20 minutes walk with a bus service running from the Village every 30 minutes. Restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets are plentiful in the town and at the various local beaches. The long sandy beach at Burriana is within 20 minutes walk where beach bars, restaurants and sun beds abound. The world famous Caves are nearby.

Notes: The whole villa was extensively renovated in the winter of 2004/5 with the floor tiling renewed throughout, and new furnishings and linen provided. The kitchen and bathroom were both fully refitted together with the ground floor cloakroom with new units throughout and the property was generally brought up to a modern standard. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and enjoy sea views from the rooms and their terrace. Cable TV provides BBC, ITV and Sky including Sports programmes and movies. A DVD player is provided. In the winter months central heating is provided by conventional hot water radiators. The villa provides very comfortable accommodation all the year round and will appeal both to the sun-seekers and walkers/sightseers.

Très agréable maison avec tout le confort excepté lave vaisselle, très belles vues mer, TV5 Monde, très propre et décoration sympa (pas tjs facile en espagne);2 belles terrasses aménagées, chambres à l'étage + sdbs et WC : très commode. En zone piétonne, à 20 mn à pied belle plage aménagée (sable gris comme presque toute la costa tropical), parking proche. Nerja n'a que peu de constructions de "gratte ciel" communes à de nombreuses villes de cette cote défigurée.Centre balcon europe très très agréable, restaus sympas, marché le mardi et puces le dimanche ! Environnement maison de toute beauté fleuri et entretenu, bcp d'anglais peu bruyants. Bref, nous avons passé un séjour extrêmement agréable (recommandons Frigiliana à voir 8 kms). A 1H1/2 Grenade, 45 mn Malaga. Avons sillonné la région mais reviendrons à Nerja profiter de la douceur de vivre de cette ville avec micro climat. Pour enfants en bas âge OK si pas de plage, sinon voiture car le retour est un peu pentu pour de petites jambes.

Thank you so much for a wonderful 2 week stay at your villa in Nerja. The villa was clean, spacious and very comfortable, exceeding our expectations. Sea views from the bedroom balconies and terrace, as well as a great location, being only a short walk to the pools, restaurant/bar and shop, added to our enjoyment. The box of toys for the children was a nice touch and the gate at the top of the stairs going down to garden was a good safety feature.
We'll be back again soon, thanks again

We had a lovely time in Casa Madeline this summer. Travelling with two small children we enjoyed the pools in Capistrano Village in daytime and the quiet evenings on the villa's private terrace. This place is perfect for those travelling with children. The villa is spacious, clean and appealingly furnished. We can absolutely recommend this place!

We are so glad that we found this marvelous villa in the internet although our englisch isn't good. The contact with the owner was very kindly and they explained all we need so we find all as promissed and as you see on the fotos. All was very clean and nice furnished also in the kitchen there was enough dishes and kitchen utensils. Not to forget the many towels. Because of our tour of andalucía we could only stay 5 days - definitly to short. We hope to come back another time.

My experience at Capistrano Village

The house is really nice, very well furnished, in a lovely place (Capistrano Village). Bedrooms (2) are big, kitchen with all modern comfort.
Sea is about 20 min,beaches are nice and clean and NERJA, the village still keeps its authenticity.
GRANADA as well as MALAGA are near and from there, also, the lovely Parc CABO DEL GATA is to visit absolutely (as well as the SIERRA NEVADA's villages).
A good place for a compromise between relaxing and visiting holidays.
Owners have given all necessary information before going.

Notre première expérience de location de villa a été une réussite : les propriétaires anglais nous ont fourni toutes les informations nécessaires, absolument conformes à ce que nous y avons trouvé. Le village de Capistrano se compose de maisons et appartements dans le style andalous, au milieu de petits jardins très fleuris. De là, les visistes s'organisent facilement pour Grenade, Malaga, le Cap de Gata, la Sierra Nevada pour une journée.
Idéal pour un compromis piscine/plage et visites en alternance.
Maison fort bien équipée, bien entretenue, meublée avec goût. Les 2 chambres sont grandes et peuvent acceuillir des lits bébé (prévus dans les armoires).
Nous recommandons l'adresse !
