Our house was totally renovated respecting the colonial style. Located in front of Matriz Square, it is one of the only 3 houses by the square. Extremely comfortable and refined with 3 spacious and independent suites. Big dining room, one brand new and completely equipped kitchen, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a guest toilet, furnished balcony and a very charming garden. The living room is turned to the square so you can enjoy the view, the area is the most hectic in the historical center during the nights and the celebrations.
Nearest Beach : beach at 500 Metres

Located in the heart of the Historical center of Paraty, its location makes of our house a very pleasant place to spend vacation and admire the night events after spending the day at the beach or on the mountain, or simply enjoy the view. Although we are located in the Historical Center it is possible access by car.

  • The 47m2 Master Suite is equipped with shower and bathtub, colonial style toilets with French metals. Closet, king size bed and split air conditioning, Cable TV and stereo. In the colonial suite: split air conditioning and ceiling fan, direct access to the garden, two closets, bathroom with shower and two sinks made of imperial marble. The third suite called Fontaine has split air conditioning and ceiling fan, 2 single beds which can be changed into one double bed (180cm X 200cm), two closets, TV, bathroom with two sinks, shower made of marble and direct access to the garden.
