3 suites, 1 bedroom, 16 person rooms with beautiful views of gardens

Story house with balcony very well cared for, well ventilated, beating sun all day, fireplace, kitchen, 3 suites and 1 room with a bathroom, home with new paint, roof terrace. BBQ fully equipped for up to 50 people, many tables and chairs and pool loungers, umbrellas and tent, the pool is cleaned every day, a place to throw a ball and a volleyball, the ballroom a pool table. The house is perfect for people with respiratory problems mainly rhinitis, is impeccably clean.

Next to the park Edmundo Zanoni, Feast of flowers and strawberries. Elefantão Sports Club.
