The Apartment is situated in a quite and residential area, set on via Francesco Saverio Solari. There are several new cafes, fine dining restaurants and pizzerias in the vicinity. The apartment's design is modern and spacious, and is fitted with all modern amenities, including: Broadband, A DVD system, an extensive kitchen (Electric Gas, Deep Freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, etc). It features a living room with folded sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, bedroom, closet and two balconies. The apartment itself is in a quiet residential development and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of high street Rome. Apartment is bright and sunlight gushes in from the large loft-like windows in the Living Room. Ideal for a city break, honeymoon, family vacation or if you are visiting Rome for business.

    Bank Transfer. Guests should be aware they have to cover any bank charges incurred for a foreign transfer.
    Credit card. PayPal is the popular online system that allows simple transfers between two online accounts. Even if you do not have a PayPal account you can still pay by credit card online through the PayPal system. A receipt will be issued upon cleared funds and an email will be sent to confirm your booking.You
  • Check in/check out policy:
    Check in between working days mon-sat 3.00 PM and 8.00 PM. Check out is by 10.30 AM. Although 3.00 pm is the official check-in time, you have the option of an Early Check-In when the prior guest checks out (often 10.30 am).To avoid confusion, never start checking in before the prior guest has fully departed the apartment. If you are interested in an Early Check-In, email us to check availability.

    We charge extra (to be paid cash upoin arrival):
    -25 euro for late arrivals (in case of flights delays, traffic, etc) between 8.00 pm and 10.00 pm. Please note that arrivals after 10.00 pm are not permetted.
    - 40 euro for arrivals on sundays and bank holidays (3.00 pm-8.00 pm)
    - 50 euro for arrivals on Easter, Easter monday, may 1st, August 15th, November 1st and January 6th
    Please note that we cannot welcome guests at the apartment from 4.00 pm on the 24th December through Christmas Day, as well as from 4.00 pm on the 31st December through New Year's day
  • You will be asked to provide a 100 euro security deposit (only in cash) that will be refunded when you return the flat in the 'pre-rental condition'.Any costs due to damage, broken or missing items, or any other costs will be first deducted from your security deposit and secondly (if required) charged to you.Security deposit to be refunded within 7 days of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

means of access: Travelling by Eurostar:?The flat is accessible from Termini station by bus H and then a short walk. By Bus:?The flat is also connected by a network of buses and tram which interconnect at Trastevere railway station and Piramide metro line B. within 5 minutes walking distance to buses 44,228,774,710,719 and 10 minutes walking distance to tram 8 to historical center (Largo Argentina) and bus H to Termi station. By Air:?Fiumicino aiport (FCO) has excellent connections into Rome and it is the nearest airport . The flat is also connected to Fiumicino by bus 228, 774 or 710 which interconnect at Trastevere railway station with the train to the airport. Ciampino airport (CIA) is mainly served by low cost Airlines (Ryanair, Easyjet, etc.). This airport is not served by good connections as Fiumicino. You can get the Terravision bus to Termini station and then bus H. We always suggest our guests who land in Ciampino to come by taxi (around 60 euro) or by a pick up service. Ask us for details.

Great location, away from the busy city but trams & buses to get you there within 10 minutes.
Apartment is very clean, highly maintained, & very secure.
Gino & Vincenzo made us feel very welcome, they gave us a map to help us find our way around, with tips on where to eat.
ZUCCHE is a must to eat at.
They even took us to the airport for our return flight home.
There is a market every morning just around the corner, supermarket 2 minutes away & places to eat all within walking distance.
No need for a car.

Appartement spacieux, confortable et conforme à la description donnée sur internet. Air conditionné appréciable au cours de l'été. Appartement bien situé par rapport aux transports en commun et commerces. Nous avons apprécié de visiter Rome en famille et recommandons cet appartement aux futurs vacanciers

We spent 5 days at La Casa Di Pasquino and it was a real home away from home. The apartment is exactly as it is advertised which was a real pleasure. There are markets and shops in the close vicinity and there is no need for a car. Buses and Tram stops are easily within walking distance and the situation of the apartment is very convenient. It is a pleasure to come home to the quiet of the apartment after the craziness of central Rome. Gino was very helpful and made sure everything needed was in the apartment and he was always available. We will definitely recommend this place to friends travelling to Rome.

Formidable!! Gino est venu nous accueillir au pied de l'immeuble, il nous a également donné quelques conseils pour faciliter notre séjour en nous donnant les bonnes adresses du quartier. L'appartement était propre et bien tenu. Tout est conforme au descriptif. L'appartement est spacieux, confortable et très bien équipé. Ce fut un grand plaisir de séjourner à Rome et d'être si chaleureusement accueilli, n'hésitez pas une seconde.
