We bought this condo and remodeled it for our father to retire in because it is located in the middle of town where everything is a walking distance away including a small beach just down the street less than 5 minutes walk. When he is not in the unit, you can rent this this place for a great value. We chose this unit because of the spectacular ocean view and it is so convenient to everything for our father along with security cameras around the parking areas. You can walk to practically everywhere without a car. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED in this unit. We live 15 minutes away and available to answer questions you may have during your stay.

I came to teach on the the Big Island in 1994 and just love the weather and the beauty of the Hawaiian islands. I grew up in Rapid City, South Dakota and have family there still as well as in Oregon, Kansas, Washington State, Arizona and the Carolinas.

My husband and I bought this unit for our dad to retire in because it is so convenient to everything. The ocean view from the unit is so spectacular because you can watch the Iron Man Competition, cruise ship, private yatchs and whales without leaving the living room and dining room table. Once here, you are less than 5 minutes walk to book your island activities, bars, restaurants, coffee shops and oh.....so.....much more.
We furnished the unit with high end furnishings from Macy's, CS Wo and Sons, Piere 1, Kaloko Furniture and keep it clean by having the carpet cleaned every 6 months from Whirlaway Carpet Cleaner to keep it fresh and clean for our guests. If you want to be in the middle of everything, this is the place for you. We clean this unit ourselves so we know it is super clean and you don't have to pay for the cleaning fee.
Immaculately clean condo, well equipped. Close walk to town. Traffic a bit noisy.
WE WANTED A VIEW & A KITCHEN & CLOSE TO THE WHERE OUR DAUGHTER WAS GETTING MARRIED.IT WAS PERFECT.THE FANS WERE ENOUGH TO KEEP IT COOL INSTEAD OF USING THE AIR CONDITIONER.WE WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN.LOVED IT....NICE & CLEAN
We are just getting ready to leave at 9am. We had a wonderful stay, thanks! I ran the dishwasher yesterday, so I hope I put everything away right. Great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very clean and well decorated one bed unit. Has ocean view.hope to be back!
This condo was exactly what my husband and I were looking for. Clean, comfortable, and spacious. The kitchen is an advantage over hotel rooms, as you can save money by preparing your own meals when desired. As nice or nicer decor as a hotel and for significantly less money. Short walk to all the main spots in Kona, and across the street from the Royal Hawaiian where you can pop over for nightly happy hours and sunset watching. The two best perks (besides location and price!) were the washer and dry in the room, and the amenities provides for a day at the beach. The large beach towels, comfy beach chairs, and ice chest were fabulous and put to daily use! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet, well appointed oasis who doesn't mind a few stairs and walking a few minutes to get to restaurants, ABC store, etc. You arguably have to walk just as far from any of the other hotels unless you don't plan on leaving the grounds. I hope to return someday!
Great place to stay. Good location close to shops and restaurants. Condo was very clean and well equipped. Make sure you have a car because you will need to drive north about 15-30 miles to get to some easily accessible sandy beaches
Along the busy famous Alii Drive where everything happens. Once you arrive, you will have access to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, small beach across the one and half street from the unit. The local people like myself hangout in this area as well because of the convenient to everything by foot.
