Why? LOCATION! Its close to everything and we absolutely love to wake up and enjoy the beautiful Lake Okanagan. Our kids can safely walk to all the local attractions, amenities, restaurants and shops close-by without having us drive them anywhere.

What makes this house unique

Unique – Our home is unique because of its location and we love the flat roof mid-century house style. We recently discovered the house won a design award when it was originally built. There is a beautiful large maple tree in the backyard, a perfect shady spot to relax and read a book.

When our brother sent us pictures of the home we would be staying in Penticton, we could not believe it! But when we arrived and stood in the living room looking out at the lake, we knew we were in PARADISE.

Beautiful, warm home; AMAZING LOCATION

This was a great property, with an amazing lakeside location. With the beach right across the street, steps from the house and all the wonderful attractions of Penticton a very short walk away, this was the perfect place for a family long weekend! We very much enjoyed our stay in the home and will definitely look to stay again in the future.
The home was well equipped and provided the amenities of a hotel. Everything was labeled and well thought out and there was plenty of room for us all!
All in all - an absolutely terrific place to stay! We will definitely be back!

We were very happy to find this property; nice, clean, perfect location and suitable size. Photos and information provided were properly detailed and accurate. Property is clean, nicely furnished, well decorated in addition to modern new appliances. We enjoyed in morning and evening the wide lake view from the living room. We just came back from a very relaxing stay at this amazing house. Everything is there ready to go! I am using an electric wheelchair and was able manage throughout the house with no problems.
I am able to transfer so used my walker in the shower and washroom.
Easy to get everywhere defiantly recommend the Sat market on Main Street!

How can a direct view of Lake Okanagan be bad? It can't! Super clean, great layout, comfortable with an amazing location. Close to downtown and walking distance to shopping, restaurants and more. Worth every penny. We just got here and we can't wait to come back ?

Lake Okanagan (20 feet) - walk up early and go for an early morning swim or jog.

River Channel (10 mins walk) - our kids' favorite activity, best way to spend 2 hours just chilling on the channel.

Penticton Lakeside Resort & Casino (2 mins walk) - there is a great restaurant, Hooded Merganzer, on the lake outside the hotel.

Penticton Farmer's Market and downtown (3 mins walk)-pick-up fresh local produce every Sat from May to October. Go for lunch at Theo's (on Main St) or puruse through The Bookshop (new and used books, also on Main St).

Naramata Winery region and KVS trail (5 mins drive) - go for a bike, jog or hike on the KVS trail and reward yourself with a nice coffee and treat at our favorite artisan bakery and coffee spot, The Bench Market (Vancouver Ave).

Penticton Convention Centre / Community Centre (5 mins drive)- go swimming or use the fitness centre year round.
