For those that enjoy golfing, there are 20 courses within 20 miles. Also, be sure to visit Torch lake sand bar (a great place for family fun). A nightly lakefront campfire is a great way to finish the day! The cabin sleeps 6 comfortably with a fold out couch. Known to be a great sleep and rest cabin.
Property has been in the family since 1924. Spent my summers as a child hood and teenager there. Picked cherries and spent my days trout and lake fishing. Lots of water recreations. I live in Indianapolis and coached high school football for 30+ years. Indiana University graduate.
Bill Smith purchased this cabin in 1924
The size of the lakefront and the perfect views of the lake. The fishing is fantastic and the water is crystal clear. The Caribbean of the North!
The quiet location as it compares to the busy rest of the lakes. The cottages are the last properties of Chippewa Trail. Nestled on 300 feet of shoreline.
Traverse City - a great resource for all summer festivities (entertainment, dining, antiquing, boutique shopping)
