I am a Phoenix, Arizona native (born 1953) who came to the island on a ferry boat in the 60's. We are members of many local groups and have an office at 120 C #120. We support our special village environment.
Memories of summers on Coronado Island in the 50's and the 60's, larger than a condo for creating many memories. Our children attended school in 2000, we celebrated our parents 50th Wedding anniversary, we have had many holidays and birthdays with family and friends. It is a large house, with room for multiple generations in a comfortable setting. The location has minimal traffic for biking and walking, the view of the downtown is desired over the beach (no lights), Tuesday is Farmer's Market day, and everything is within walking distance. The neighbors are the best.
The spaciousness of a four bedroom two level home with a lovely deck on the third level, and the Chef kitchen is perfect for celebrating life with family and friends whether having coffee/tea, a luncheon, or a dinner. The front yard and first level has amble seating for visiting, reading, playing pool and socializing.
