About Linda Hamilton
Welcome to our home! We are baby-boomers in the final stretch to retirement. We have three children and five grandchildren and are pretty contented with life.
Linda Hamilton purchased this bungalow in 2008
Why Linda Hamilton chose Spring Hill
This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood and we can't wait to make it to retirement to enjoy it. We are still working and close by.
We love visiting the beaches, the tourist sites and doing the Florida thing. But the traffic!!! Driving home to Spring Hill is like leaving the hustle and bustle behind you and reaching nirvana. We hope you think so too.
What makes this bungalow unique
We drove around Spring Hill in 2008 looking for a place to call home. The pictures on the real estate websites looked great but the neighborhoods were less than we hoped.
We fell in love with Seven Hills development because of the property standards kept by the Homeowners Association. We did not want to live in a 55 plus community because we have children and grandchildren and love them to visit.
Our home is situated at the end of the street in a quiet dead end. The views of the golf course are beautiful and we love to walk around the neighborhood. Sidewalks are a bonus and allow us to walk with off the street, especially important when you are walking with toddlers.
If you happen to be here for Halloween the whole street comes alive with ghouls, goblins and trick or treaters.
Within one mile of our home is a Publix and a Winn Dixie, a Walgreens and CVS Pharmacy, 3 gas stations, McDonald's, Burger King, Subway fast food and Chinese, Thai, American and Italian restaurants. We love to eat breakfast at the Seven Hills Golfers Club on Sunday morning...they have a fish fry on Friday night for All You Can Eat under $10.
A hospital and Emergency Room are within 3 miles.
