The unit includes a 60 inch Samsung LED Smart T.V., Blu-Ray, Air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms, 600 counts linens from Macy's, soft towels, beach towels, beach cooler, beach chairs, front load washer/dryer, Bosch dishwasher, stainless steel refrigerator, Samsung Microwave, Samsung flat top range, soft sofa, cable, free WIFI, 2 free parking stalls. Trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap are provided for your entires stay. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED.
This property has two pools and two hot tubs for your enjoyment. One of the pools is Adults Only. This place is not too far from Alii Drive Farmer's Market and the starting and finishing lines for IronMan Competition. Fully equipped for your perfect vacation on the Big Island. Master bedroom has queen bed and second bedroom has a reading chair in the room along with a queen bed when you have occasional guests staying with you. No pets allowed. We live 15 minutes away and always available for any questions you may have during your stay.

I bought this ground floor to retire in because it is centrally located right on Alii Drive with security cameras at the entrances. The complex is well maintained on Alii Drive where people walk, jog or stroll down to Royal Kona Resort for a drink or Lava Java for coffee and pastries. Ideal place to relax while in Kona especially in this unit because it is set against a quiet vacant land and away from the busy Alii Drive. Two parking stalls nearby.
I love this unit because of the Golden Dragon granite counter tops in the kitchen, Maui color tile floor in kitchen, bathroom and living room, new carpet in bedrooms, new furnishings, beach towels and beach chairs, two pools and two hot tubs, 60 inch Samsung LED T.V., free WIFI, free parking, Blu-Ray DVD player, real wood furnishings, 600 thread count linens, front load washer and dryer, Bosch dishwasher, stainless steel refrigerator, Samsung microwave, Samsung flat top range, ground floor butted against vacant land and fully stocked kitchen for cooking the local ingredients you purchase at the Alii Drive Farmer's Market. Anything else you need to make your stay a pleasant one just ask. I will accommodate your requests if I can. Furnishings come from Macy's, CS Wo & Son, Kaloko Furniture and Piere 1 for your comfort. You will find this type of quality only at 5 star resorts. Student massage and convenient store across from the complex. I shampoo the carpet and clean the sofa every six months in April and October.

It was the perfect escape from our Canadian winter and affordable for a long term rental. This unit had everything we needed including boogy board, beach chairs, umbrella. The bed was comfortable. The tv was a great size for movies. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. It was great to have two bathrooms when our daughter and son-in-law were able to come join us for two weeks. Everyone had their own space. I also enjoyed how this unit cooled off in the evenings when we had windows opened. Great stay and hope to come back to stay again soon. It was perfect place for us. I had to work with my computer in one of bed room, my husband was also working at back yard under the shade, One of children was watching TV in Living and the other child was playing with her tablet at another bed room. Then, we went to pool and Hot tub together. If Children want to watch DVD, we go to the other pool which is Adult only. We drove to beach and enjoyed Surfing, Body board, snorkeling after we finished our work.
My children keep saying "We want to go back!" me too.
Especially, Owner is nice. Friendly and reliable. Neighbor is also friendly.

Spent last week at this lovely condo. It is perfectly located well maintained and very clean. The owners were easy to deal with and quick to answer all our concerns. We would definitely recommend this property to our family and friends.
I received a friendly welcome from the property owner and also assisted with a taxi contact as my main mode of transport was by bicycle. The property was very clean & a peaceful location (set back from the main road & during the peak of the Ironman event). The amenities & décor well appointed, approx 20-30min walk to town for main activities/dining. Small shop across the road for basic grocery items etc & a bus stop. Parking available for own vehicle. For any concerns, I emailed the owner who promptly replied or attended to the enquiry. Prompt attention to administration/booking procedures was greatly appreciated. An enjoyable stay & highly recommended.
Less than 10 minutes to Kahaluu Beach for snorkeling, Magic Sands for bodyboarding, Kailua Piere to watch the starting line for Ironman or book your Big Island activities.
