A lovely condominium located in the Truman Annex Shipyard Condominiums. Location is everything to be walking distance to Fort Zachary State Park Beach and in the heart of historic Old Town Key West, just 3 blocks to Duval Street.

This two bedroom one bath condominium is approx. 650 sq. Ft. The small, but simple condo has an open living floor plan with french doors from the living room/kitchen leading to the back deck. The kitchen is small but well equipped. The master bedroom has a queen bed while the second bedroom has two twins. Step out the front door and right into the complex's swimming pool. There is an assigned parking space for this unit.
