We had a fantastic time in Cyprus! The apartment is in a great location, in close proximity to local shops and bars/restaurants. Close to local beaches, great if you want to get away from the busy Protaras and Ayia Napa resorts. Beaches have great snorkelling! Apartment itself was great, balcony fantastic!! Hot tub was lovely after a day on the beach. The owners also sent us an information pack, this was brilliant! It had all the info you could possibly want about the local area. Would definately recommend to others, would also recommend Stevens car hire, they were brilliant, get a car so you can explore the area! Thanks for a lovely holiday!

The owners are a professional couple living in Northamptonshire with three young children. Martin and Helen have rented their apartment since 2006 and run an extremely guest friendly service in conjunction with their local maintenance company. They work hard to ensure they attract many return visitors by responding promptly to potential guests and maintaining contact throughout the booking process. They send a thorough information pack containing everything needed for an enjoyable holiday.

Martin and Helen enjoy holidaying in Cyprus with it's superb year round climate, beaches and fabulous restaurants. They love the coastal location of Kapparis and the many places of interest within the immediate vicinity. With three local beaches Kapparis makes an ideal location for a relaxing holiday stay. They have found visiting at any time of year an enjoyable experience.

Everyone falls in love with the apartment's huge balcony terrace which is quite unique among local properties. The Cypriot climate lends itself to outdoor living and this area becomes the most important living space. The added addition of the spa, sunbathing and BBQ dining areas ensure a fulfilling and enjoyable stay. Some amazing sea views of Famagusta from here.

' Would definitely recommend and return. The apartment was clean and tidy with towels and linen laid out. The bedroom has ample room and good wardrobe space as well as air conditioning and patio doors to the terrace. The shower and bathroom facilities are good and the kitchen area is well stocked utensil wise. It was extremely useful to have a washing machine and a rotary line - we took all our clothes home clean! The sofa bed in the living room converts from a very comfortable leather sofa into a very comfortable double bed. The terrace is huge with the sun all day and comfy sun loungers to relax on. The barbecue cooks superbly and there is a nice table and chairs to enjoy your meal off. To cap it all there is the superb spa - perfect! ' - M Bowen, Peterborough.

Another excellent stay at Elena Court

Second time at Elena Court, we had a wonderful time the weather was amazing the apartment was excellent with welcome pack on arrival. Customer Service from Martin and Helen as last year was perfect and very helpful. Highly recommend the Pig and Whistle for excellent home cooked food (plenty of it) and the Mello Bar to wind down the evening, we can't wait to go back again next year thank you Martin and Helen :)

Excellent Apartment and Holiday

Myself and my partner recently stayed at your lovely apartment. We are regular visitors to Cyprus and have rented various apartments. We were looking for somewhere with good outdoor space and we certainly got that! The apartment itself; although compact has everything you would need for a holiday, well equipped, clean and comfortable. The real icing on the cake is the outdoor space. The apartment has a huge terrace with a shaded area with seating and great hot tub, there is also plenty of space to sunbathe with the sunshine all day! The owners were very helpful with the booking and we would not hesitate to reccommend/stay again. All the best, Sarah & Mark

So relaxing. Most enjoyable stay

Really lovely apartment with a fantastic balcony and the bonus of a jacuzzi too. The apartment itself is very compact with kitchen and living area all being in one but it has everything you need for a comfy stay. The air on in both the living area and the bedroom is brilliant and very quiet too. The satellite TV helps to keep you entertained when you want a break from the glorious sunshine or just catch up on the latest news. You get a brilliant view of Farmagusta from the balcony.

We never ventured to the small pool mainly because there was no sun beds something I think would be useful to have but also you have your own private jacuzzi to dip in and out of on the balcony.
Kapparis is a lovely place and there are some fantastic beaches to visit we found the use of the ice box to be great and used it a lot for beach trips, but did think it would have been good to have some beach chairs and a brolly as a lot of the secluded beaches do not provide sun beds and people seem to pack up their cars and head off with their own equipment. Fireman s beach is lovely but we could not stay there without brolly or chairs especially in August heat.
The location of the apartment is a little bit isolated but the road itself is very busy. You really do need a car in our opinion it is a mile to walk to the bars, resteraunts and main supermarkets and it is not easy in the summer sun and we are sun worshippers and are used to walking in lots of hot countries. The road only has part pavement and no street lighting. It can be quite scary walking along it in the dark. If you want complete relaxation and quiet this is certainly the place for you. Martin was really helpful with everything and it was a pleasure to deal with him .

The communal pool normally has sun beds around it but if these are missing we don't mind guests using our own if they are returned to the apartment immediately after use (such items have been known to walk overnight). We have supplied beach furniture in the past but it didn't prove very practical. All maintained beaches do provide sunbeds and umbrellas for a few Euro per day. We recommend that guests hire a car as there are so many nice places to visit nearby and would certainly agree that walking far in the mid August heat is difficult. The local bus does stop outside the apartment for those guests preferring otherwise. We are pleased that our detailed guest pack was beneficial to you. We know the area well after so many years of visiting and are always willing to help with any advice required. It was good to hear that you had such an enjoyable stay and we look forward to your return stay.

Fabulous Hot Tub and Sunny Terrace

Lovely apartment which is a short walk from Kapparis village. We particularly liked the terrace and the hot tub. Very quiet communal pool for a cooling dip.

KAPPARIS is a quieter satellite area of PROTARAS and is open year round. Kennedy Avenue is the main intersection and this is within a short walk of the apartment as are sheltered beach coves, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. You'll find water sports and an aquarium / zoo close by.

PARALIMNI is the main municipality town and a five minute drive from the apartment. It is a quaint area with an historic centre, shopping opportunities and cafe culture.

The local BUS service around Kapparis / Paralimni picks up outside the apartment. Out of town buses depart from the main Kapparis roundabout (a short bus ride or 25 minute walk from Elena Court).

The nearby Cape Greco National Park is ideal for exploring, walking or cycling. Visit the Sea Cave formations and marvel at the clear blue sea. In AYIA NAPA explore the peaceful monastery or wander around the fishing harbour. Why not take a boat trip and explore the surrounding area by sea? You'll find the island's best beaches including the famous NISSI BEACH and FIG TREE BAY. Enjoy meze in a seaside restaurant or an old village taverna. Take a bus trip to the ghost town of FAMAGUSTA in Northern Cyprus. So much to see and do..........
