The house is lovely and most items are up-to-date. The internet was not sufficient for working but adequate for checking email. The bed rooms and living rooms are spacious. The location is tolerable for those without a car since you can get food and groceries delivered. The highlight was the manager at this house- she is awesome. She helped us with numerous suggestions (and located a missing stuffed animal).
I would highly recommend this property. It was clean, spacious and beautiful. My myself and two business associates were in town for a conference and it was perfect. In addition, the property manager was very responsive and very helpful with anything we needed.
We look forward to renting this property again
It was truly a pleasure to stay in this beautiful home.
It's nice to have a business trip where you wish you could stay longer.
After flying in we were pleased to be only minutes from the airport. The convenience of the location was ideal as we utilized the San Jose convention center. It seems so well situated with groceries and everything we needed to feel at home. It was a great surprise to see you that our rental car could utilize the attached garage which seems like an unexpected bonus.
The neighborhood was very quiet and the house is well separated with three bedrooms and a loft meaning that none of us felt cramped and yet we enjoyed the common cooking and large dining arrangement. I would definitely recommend this for a group of people or a family who need some extra space.
I would definitely be excited to come back.
I stayed here with two coworkers for a business trip. It was a great home away from home. Very spacious. The house is conveniently located near delicious restaurants. Try Tee Nee Thai and Walia Ethiopian. Yum! We were able to stock up on groceries at the local Trader Joe's, too. I highly recommend staying at this cozy home. The owner and property manager were very responsive and friendly. Thank you for letting us stay at your home!
We really enjoyed Terry's place. It is extremely convenient and a nice home. It was very well decorated. The owners even included adding some Xmas decorations for the holidays. It is clean, well kept and is ideally suited for the business traveler, as well as vacationing guests. We will return in the future.
My family checked in and did not want to check out. Everything was 5 star in the home and more. We were able to walk to any and every place and did not need a car. My walk to Starbucks every morning was perfect and the amazing restaurants were perfect. What a perfect place to enjoy and Levi stadium is close. Again thanks for allowing us to stay in your home.
