There is a town loop bus that stops right next to the condo for a 2 min. ride to Main Street shopping and the FREE gondola. Buses come every 10 minutes, or walk 5 mins to downtown Telluride for shops, restaurants and nightlife. The local grocery store, Clark's Market is 100 yards to the north and the lift ticket office and ski lift are 100 yards to the south, right next to the indoor fitness center. Hiking trails are right out the door and FREE, covered parking is included as is the on premise swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ and more. Quiet and private, this is the best deal in town at this kind of price.

We purchased this condo to live in before we ended up moving (twice!) We continue to rent it thinking we'll retire here in 2016 and eventually enjoy Telluride like the visitors who stay with us. Enjoy our condo. We love it here.

We need a home that works. Not a 'ski condo' but a full-function home, ie, a full-size Maytag W/D, a cooktop that really cooks... a convection oven that can hold a turkey. You get it. A full-size pantry that can store everything we use, plus lots of closet space. We need covered parking and a quiet place to sleep. This 'town-house' style condo has no neighbors above or below making it truly a restful place to come home to.
Perfect for a small family. We lock-off one bedroom/bathroom for people who don't need it, saving them $75/night. That makes it huge, and still a bargain.
The best hiking trails in the western rockies right out the door. Walk 1800' vertical to the top of the ridge and take the FREE gondola back into town.
